It's conveniently located just 1.5 km from the renowned sandy beach of Plakias. The interior decor is simple and minimalistic, while the exterior areas offer high comfort. This brand-new, one-floor villa can accommodate up to 5 people. As you enter the villa, you'll find a spacious open-plan area consisting of the living room, indoor dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with top-quality fixtures and appliances. The living room area has direct access to the veranda and the pool area. The villa features two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. There are two bathrooms with showers and a washing machine. All bedrooms are equipped with individually controlled air conditioning and flat-screen TVs.



Next to this villa, there are three more identical two-bedroom villas, each offering complete privacy and sea views, with the capacity to accommodate up to 5 guests.
