This is a wonderful apartment with great views from the large front and back balconies. There is everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Quiet and peaceful and very private. The apartment is a few minutes walk to all amenities, the charming streets and squares of the old town and Mercadona. All communication with Valeria was prompt and very helpful.

Perfect apartment. Perfect location. Stayed for 1 week in september. Unfortunately, they were doing some major renovation work on the building and all workmens equipment was stored on our front seaview balcony so were not allowed to use it.Very clean apartment with everything we needed.Would definately book this apartment again 100%. Can't wait to return.

Ruined holiday

Part of the criteria we requested was Wi-Fi availability. We arrived during a bank holiday and had to find our own way around. The Wi-Fi wasn’t working. I telephoned the following morning and was advised still on holiday. However advise was received on how to reactivate the Wi-Fi. This didn’t work and I said we would leave until tomorrow. I was told there was a balance to be paid and I said I would pay the balance when the manager came to fix the Wi-Fi . Later on that night I was messaged to say don’t go out as a maintenance man was coming to the flat. I advised we were having a meal in a restaurant and weren’t around. I was told to be there as she has paid for it. I left my wife and hurried back to meet him. He stayed half an hour and changed some cables but nothing worked. He left and I went back to the restaurant. Later that night we were told that it was our fault and we have done nothing but complain & to leave tomorrow. The following morning I went to the office but it was still closed. I messaged the manager and was told we are still closed but leave the flat today. I explained we had paid a deposit of around 1 weeks stay but they were telling us to leave after 2 nights. The response was a demand to leave today or other action will be taken. We left and booked into a hotel. Never again will we have anything to do with Genius properties and I have to reconsider Vrbo for allowing them to advertise with them. Vrbo have since returned their fees in full and offered an apology. No apology from Genius.

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Das Penthouse war hervorragend. Blick auf das Meer zur einen Seite , inklusive Meeresrauschen . Blick auf die Altstadt und Berge auf der anderen Seite. Gute Ausstattung. Für Nordeuropäer etwas ungewohnt war, dass es nur eine große Zudecke gab.

Una estancia maravillosa, un ático con unas vistas preciosas, con una ubicación inmejorable. Tiene todo lo necesario para que la estancia sea agradable. La ciudad nos ha sorprendido por lo cuidada y lo limpia que está, llena de plazas repleta de flores por todos lados.Por poner algún fallo, la persiana del dormitorio estaba bastante sucia, quizás porque no se bajaba hacía mucho tiempo.
