Porch: One more extension of the house, fully glazed with terrace furniture and awning to shade the morning sun.



Clothes / cleaning service: Linen and towels provided, We do not provide beach or pool towels. The property is cleaned between the changes.

There is outdoor furniture for sunbathing (sun loungers) or simply to relax. . They extend around the pool or by the terraces, furniture to eat (tables and chairs) available in the garden and benches where to relax, private exit to the sea.

Coast / Beach
Alcoceber, has 10km of coastline, with five beautiful beaches of fine sand that are close to the villa, with blue flag of the EU. Cala Blanca two minutes from the villa, Las Fuentes beach is 5 minutes walk and the other beaches are 5 minutes by car, with easy parking.

  Soccer field, volleyball nets, play areas and water sports such as windsurfing, diving and sailing, Puerto de las Fuentes.

Car rental is recommended, to explore this beautiful unspoiled coastline and surroundings.

We recommend Visiting Peñíscola (20 minutes by car) has a picturesque old town with the castle that dominates the city and the old palace of the pope moon.

Visit Morella (driving one hour) is a medieval village perched on top of a large rock nestled in the sea and has a characteristic craftsmanship.

Tb Visit the Aquarama water park in Benicassim, 30 minutes away, and spend a humid and pleasant day.

Universal Port Aventura, one of the largest theme parks in Europe, is an hour's drive away.

Visit Valencia, elected for the third consecutive year as the best city in the world to live, with the City of Science and its historic center is an essential visit and if you come in March do not miss their wonderful fire parties, faults from 15 to 19 of March.
