Very comfortable residence "Residencial Oropesa - La Concha". In the centre of Oropesa del Mar, in a quiet, sunny position, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 150 m from the sea, 150 m from the beach. For shared use: small garden, swimming pool angular (10 x 20 m, depth 300 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Sep.). Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, roofed, parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Parking space or garage only for small to medium-sized cars. Supermarket, restaurant, bar, café 300 m, bus stop, railway station 800 m, sandy beach "La Concha" 150 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

Terrace furniture. View of the resort. Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Dom w porządku, obsługa katastrofa!

Dom zgodny z opisem. Atutem jest wspólny basen oraz 2 miejsca parkingowe. Brak tostera oraz ekspresu do kawy. Zbyt mała ilość ręczników oraz pościeli. Brak materaca oraz pościeli do łóżeczka dziecięcego. Obsługa bardzo nieprofesjonalna: mimo umówienia się na wcześniejszy odbiór kluczy, po przyjeździe okazało się, że dom jest niegotowy; zamówiono drugie łóżeczko i krzesełko, obsługa ich nie przywiozła; check out trwał 40 minut, bo obsługa nie umówiła nikogo do sprawdzenia domu, żeby oddać depozyt
