South-eastern Sicily ancient home for beach holidays
An ancient house for beach holidays, the only one of its kind in the area, built at the end of the 1800s handed down for four generations, trying to maintain its original charm. This territory boasts a remarkable production of oil, wine and cherry tomatoes, one of the most fertile areas of Sicily, accompanied by beautiful beaches and rich in history. This house is located at 50 mt. from Granelli beach, known for its shallow and sandy bottom. The sandstone arch in the front door of the house is still present, the original roof tiles in Sicilian tile and a wrought-iron balcony overlooking the garden and from which you can see the sea. The house has a large well-kept garden with an olive tree and a gramignone lawn; under the arcade, in the shape of an open fan of about 60 meters, there is a dining table and armchairs, the ideal place to eat and rest. The house is on two levels and can accommodate up to 7 people, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a living-dining room with a well-equipped masonry kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a bedroom. A beautifully lit staircase with special lights leads to the first floor where there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower. Please note that all rooms have mosquito nets. In the garden there is also an outdoor shower, a pilozza and a barbecue.
