Casa Marina is a two-family structure ideal for families or groups of friends who want to spend a vacation just a stone's throw from the lake. Located in a strategic point between Verbania Intra and Verbania Pallanza and just 700 meters from the Villa Taranto botanical park with its splendid cycle path, Casa Marina is a sunny apartment with every comfort.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-gas cooker, a fan oven, a microwave oven, a juicer and a capsule coffee machine.
The living room is composed of a sofa that becomes a French bed, an extendable table and 4 chairs and satellite TV; the bedroom with a double bed, a four-door wardrobe, two bedside tables, a dresser with a mirror and a relaxing armchair; the bedroom composed of a bunk bed and a two-door wardrobe; bathroom with toilet, shower, bidet, sink and mirror. From every room there is access to the comfortable flowery balcony.
The strength of Casa Marina in addition to the location is the private 250 square meter courtyard where children and adults can play and sunbathe.
On the back large garden with barbecue and stone table for tasty grills.
2 free parking spaces for vehicles as well as 2 bicycles per adult and one child free; stroller and cot on request included in the price!

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und drei Hunden für eine Woche da. Sehr nette und entspannte Gastgeber. Fußläufig alles nötige erreichbar. Der einzige Kritikpunkt ist das Doppelbett, welches bei jeder Bewegung knart. In der Küche findet man alles nötige. Ein großer Kühlschrank, ein Doppelgefrierfach, Kaffeemaschine und Mikrowelle, Ofen, Herd und Waschmaschine. Marina ist sehr nett und beschenkte uns sogar mit frischen Gurken, Tomaten und Pflaumen aus dem Garten.

Nessuna prima colazione. Stanze con riscaldamento ad 1 grado. Posto macchina nel fango. Non consiglierò a nsssun mio familiare, amico o conoscente la scelta di CASA MARINA a VERBANIA.

Schöne Ferienwohnung mit 2 Schlafzimmern

Siamo stati accolti calorosamente all'arrivo da Marina e fatti sentire i benvenuti anche se purtroppo non parliamo italiano. Google ci ha aiutato ulteriormente e così siamo stati in grado di chiarire tutte le domande e trasferirci nell'appartamento. L'appartamento ha tutto il necessario, anche una lavatrice è integrata nella cucina. L'appartamento si trova nella bellissima Verbania, a pochi passi dai negozi. Ci è piaciuto molto qui, saremmo felici di consigliare l'appartamento ad altri. Traduzione dal tedesco all'italiano di google Deutsch: Wir wurden bei der Ankunft von Marina sehr herzlich begrüßt und fühlten uns sehr willkommen, obwohl wir leider kein italienisch sprechen. Google half uns weiter und so konnten wir alle Fragen klären und die Wohnung beziehen. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, sogar eine Waschmaschine ist in der Küche eingebaut. Die Wohnung ist im schönen Verbania gelegen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Uns hat es hier sehr gut gefallen, wir empfehlen die Ferienwohnung sehr gerne weiter.

Super Lage

Sehr confortabel, so ziemlich alles vorhanden was man zum kochen braucht. Sogar Waschmaschine steht zu Verfügung. Vermisst habe nur ein Toster. Der supermarkt ist ein par Hundert Meter entfernt. In der Nähe gibt es auch ein Imbiss-Cafe "Lab" in den von Frühstück bis zum Abendessen serviert wird (super lecker) und gegenüber gibt es auch ein Restaurant, von ein kleiner Hotel. Der Altstadt von Intra ist etwa 500 mts entfernt. Sehr gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Leider an der Tag waren die Feuerwehrleute (auch in der Nähe stationiert) sehr beschäftigt. Ansonsten nach 22:00 Uhr ruhiger Gegend. In großen und ganzen ganz schön Empfehlungswert und top Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Vielen Dank für alles Marina Bis zum nächsten Mal.

Kurz Trip nach Verbania und einfach klasse

Wir Ware zwei Tage in Verbania und können die Unterkunft einfach empfehlen, nette Gastgeber, unkompliziertes ein- und auschecken, saubere Wohnung, prima Lage. Alles in allem 5⭐️

Prima uitgeruste woning.

Keurige ontvangst door de eigenaresse. Veel basisprodukten aanwezig evenals een lekker biertje bij aankomst. Zeer schoon en net. Op wandelafstand van Pallanza voor de wandeling langs de boulevard of lekker eten bij my italy. Boten vertrekken ook van daar naar de eilanden. Weg naast het apartement wat lawaaierig.

The property is on the first floor, you get get a spacious master bedroom and a good sized children’s bedroom with one set of bunk beds. The Living area has a dining table for 4 ppl, a sofa (which could turn into a sofa bed) and a nice, big TV. At the other side of this living area is the open kitchen which contains everything one needs. The owner even had put some beverages into the fridge, coffee and other essentials were also provided and the home baked biscuits on arrival were a very nice touch. The (shower) bathroom is perfectly adequate and spotlessly clean, so was the entire property. The living area and bed rooms all lead out to the same big balcony that wraps around. Supermarkets are close by and it isn’t far to walk neither to the ferry stop at Villa Taranto or the one in Pallanza. The owner has been very friendly and made us feel welcome even though we couldn’t communicate that much because we don’t speak Italian. The only slight down bit is the noise from the road, however the road isn’t really a busy one and it is quiet at night. We had a very nice time at Case Marina and yes we would come back and stay here again.
