A very quiet and private location but within walking distance to the Yumbo centre. Easy to park right next to the villa and taxis available a short walk away. Could do with a bit of an update and the towels definitely need replacing. All in all a great place to stay in southern Gran Canaria. Highly recommend.

The location was very good.Met on arrival;We had a few issues:- Could not get the new microwave to come on- not sure which pots/pans etc could go in the oven- crockery not quite in good sets- struggled to get the TV to work- toilet cistern in the small shower room takes forever to refill and a bit noisy- struggled a lot to open the grilling going out into the garden/poolMany issues would have been better with a printed guide to the property including say details of when the pool cleaning schedule was.Most of these items are fairly minor but could be easily improved.Overall we had a great week and also thoroughly enjoyed the garden and the pool. Location was excellent for us. One final issue: there is a hotel on the street which one night had very loud music. Googled it and it said there was very loud music sometimes till 2 or 3 in the morning!However it only happened the one night and stopped at 10pm so was not a major problem. Generally the location was very quiet.

Nous avons passé une belle semaine de vacances dans cette villa. Bien située et facile de se garer. La piscine est agréable. Toutefois, le logement aurait pu être un peu mieux nettoyé à notre arrivée, nous avons retrouvé notamment sous le lit des bâtons de sucettes et pas mal de poussière. La pelouse n'était pas du tout tondu autour de la piscine. Le jardinier est venu 2 après-midi ce qui nous a empêché de profiter pleinement de la piscine ces 2 jours la. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de double rideau dans la chambre car le matin de bonheur il faisait grand jour. Un simple voilage n'est pas suffisant. La literie aurait besoin d'être changée aussi car pas très confortable. Mise à part ces quelques points la maison est quand même bien équipée et agréable à vivre.

Was noch zu tun wäre

Ein paar Reparaturarbeiten sind erforderlich. Die Toilette im kleinen Bad läuft. Die Küchenschränke müssten hinsichtlich Tür repariert werden. Der Aussengrill ist nicht ganz das was man erwartet. Ansonsten war es sehr schön und vor allem gemütlich eingerichtet.
