Comfortable and bright house in the city center, with terrace and garden, near Place Napoleon and the train station (within walking distance). All amenities are also available in a very close environment. Consisting of 2 bedrooms (including a very large one).
You can easily stay there for 4 or even 6 people thanks to a convertible sofa.
Parking is easy and free (on the street or parking 50 m away).
Possibility to store bikes safely.

Housing

On the ground floor, you will find an entrance with the toilet, a 40 m2 living / dining room, and a small, fully equipped 11 m2 kitchen. Access to the terrace and the garden. During your stay, the terrace is private, while the garden is shared. (especially used by my father who comes to do the maintenance).
Upstairs, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a large shower and bath.
In the large bedroom, in addition to the double bed, a BZ sofa allows the sleeping of 2 additional people.
The adjoining room allows you to store any bikes safely and easily accessible.
