Our stay was wonderful! Check-in was smooth, communication was exceptional, and everything looked exactly like the pictures. The one thing that stood out the most was the bed—it was so comfortable! We slept great and would definitely stay here again.

Amazing property! We had 5 couples. It was so nice to have a bathroom and sitting area for each couple. The common space and kitchen in the main house was large enough to accommodate 10 adults easily with room to spare. Dishes, cookware and appliances were plentiful! There’s even a double oven! The place was very clean. It was stocked with snacks (even gluten free options!!) The host replied very quickly with all questions. We will definitely stay here again!

It started when we pulled up. It was so charming. And just got better and better when we walked in. I took my daughter and friends there for her 21st Birthday. They all loved it!My girlfriends and I stayed in Suites 4 & 5. It was so cute. We enjoyed having coffee out on the front porch. We felt like we were in the country.Ted was excellent answering my questions and is a great host.I highly recommend staying there. Looking forward to going back.

This place was amazing!!! There is a separate building with 2 separate entries and they each have a little kitchen, living area and bedroom. Escape from the bachlorette for mom. The main house is enormous with another bedroom or sleeping area every time you turn a corner. The gathering spaces and privacy spaces are impressive. I could not recommend this place more! Absolutely perfect for a large group. We had 13 but more could easily fit.

The house is beautiful, comfortable and well-stocked. We were within walking distance of downtown. This was the second stay for our group of 10, 5 couples. We will be back!

Perfect group lodging!

Stayed here with extended family for a reunion! So convenient for everyone to have their own private sleeping place, but also a large central gathering area. Cute and rustic. Amazing location right near everything and you can’t beat the price!

Lovely Stay in Fredericksburg TX

Lovely home in Fredericksburg, TX. Accommodations were great for 10 adults for one week! The only thing that kept it from being perfect was no washing machine and dryer. Highly recommend!

Great Place for large Group!

We had a wonderful time at Abby's Place! This property was perfect for our large group. We sat outside in the evenings and grilled after wine tasting all day. It was nice to be able to relax. Everything was very comfortable.
