Beach Condo/ Island Beach Resort/No Cleaning Fee/ Condo 307

Condo 307 at Island Beach Resort is on the third floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, a king bed, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This NEWLY RENOVATED condo has quartz and tile throughout with tropical decor. Condo 307 has gorgeous ocean views from it's two balconies and is a mere 30-second walk to the private beach entrance. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

Q: What linens does my condo have?
A: 2 pool towels, 6 bath towels, 4 hand towels, 4 washcloths, black makeup washcloth, bathmat. Please, no linen exchanges.

A: 1 box tissues, 2 beach chairs, mop/bucket/broom in closet, hair dryer, iron, no safe

We decided to stay on Hutchinson Island after years of always staying at Cocoa Beach. We found this condo and once made the decision the entire process was easy. The unit is AMAZING. Clean, roomy, excellent views and very quiet.

Most Peaceful vacation ever

I’m so sorry I didn’t leave review/ message in your tablet. I didn’t have a pen .. . it was a beautiful condo with magnificent views. I’m so happy to have stayed in your wonderful place.
