This gorgeous, oceanfront Hutchinson Island condo was recently remodeled from top to bottom and features thoughtful touches to ensure a wonderful stay! Listen to the waves and gaze out at the beautiful Atlantic from almost all points of the condo. The view is hard to beat! The redone interior includes all new flooring throughout (fresh tile with cozy area rugs), new paint, updated furnishing (2025), and new A/C unit.

Kitchen - The new kitchen features quartz countertops, brand new slate appliances, modern gold hardware, a large counter height island, and all new kitchen supplies--fully loaded for cooks or bakers!

Living Room - A large screen TV and pretty furnishings make the living room a great place to watch movies, read, or play games. Or work remotely from the desk with a beautiful ocean view.

Bedrooms - Both bedrooms are tastefully decorated and can sleep 2 - 3 people. The master bedroom includes a king size bed and convertible chair that can fold out into a twin bed (best for a child, as it's small). Master bedroom features a brand new Stearnes & Foster king mattress! The second bedroom features a queen size daybed and twin pull-out trundle. This unit's master bedroom AND living open onto the oversized balcony (many units in this building and the one next door have a master bedroom that only overlook the side of the building or parking lot) so you can enjoy oceanfront views from the bedroom in this beauty.

Large Balcony - Sit, relax, gaze at the ocean, listen to the waves, or dine on the oversized balcony, which is accessible from both the master bedroom and living room. Outdoor dining table comfortably seats 6.

Bathrooms include combined shower/tubs, new tile and all new hardware, vanities and lighting.

Location
The unit is located on the second floor of a small condominium building with shared pool and grill as well as private beach access (used by only condo guests). Stay on quiet Hutchinson Island for several great dining and entertainment options or enjoy the plentiful amenities of Stuart, Florida, recently named America's Happiest Seaside Town by Coastal Living. Washer and dryer are located outside the unit nearby (same floor) in a shared space.

Rental includes all linens, beach chairs, and beach towels.

Golf, charter fishing, SUP, kayak, jet ski, bicycle, and surf board rentals are available nearby. See our area guide in the condo for more ideas and details.

Excellent location, all new materials, and thoughtful decorator's touches will make this a dream vacation!

Gorgeous views and a great condo. Walk right out to the beach. Very comfortable annd loved anll the coastal decor. The condo is close to everything. We walked along the golf course, played volleyball on the beach, visited the Elliott Museum and Oceanographic Center, ate breakfast with an ocean view each morning. We will be making another trip back soon!

The condo was just as described from online. The patio was awesome being so big, had plenty of room to hang up at bathing suits and beach towels. Beds were very comfortable. This property was in a nice complex in an ideal location. But the unit was dirty, especially the bathrooms. My mother-in-law spent one morning cleaning the bathrooms to make them decent. Cleaning supplies and rags were left out as of someone had intended on cleaning, but never did. Also, roaches were observed in the kitchen, along with flies that had gotten into the snacks that were on the counter.

Christmas in Florida

Our family travelled to spend Christmas with our daughter who was moored on their boat nearby. This condo was just as described and we made the best of having to spend Christmas away from home. Thw location is excellent for both beach access and a Publix nearby for groceries and such.

Love Hutchinson Island and Indian River Plantation.....

This is a very nice, well equipped condo in a beautiful quiet area.The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable and you can fall asleep to the sound of the ocean at night. The owners are very pleasant and responded quickly to any questions or concern we had.There are many options as to where to take your morning stroll and the beach is a short walk away. The pool area is comfortable and clean.The guest bedroom is fine for young children but doesn't work well for adults. Twin beds would be perfect.We are looking forward to our next stay in this condo.

Can’t beat the location

Comfortable condo with a wonderful porch that is in shade for most of the day. You fall asleep on a very comfortable bed listening to the ocean— that’s how close you are. The beach is outstanding, endless and, while we were there, deserted. Perfect for a family holiday! Katie responded to questions immediately, there’s a terrific Publix literally right around the corner, and the unit is tasteful and located on the first floor — a plus, because you’re on the beach in a minute flat.

The property was very nice perfect for two couples Deck facing the ocean and sunrises every morning It is on the first floor so the dunes block the actual beach but nevertheless the ocean was right there Couple of questions during the week and the owner was quick to respond. Grocery store within a mile. Nice paths for walking. Stuart and Jensen beach downtown was an easy drive. Great fishing and beach goers The pool was nice, clean and warm with two nice size grills for use. Absolutely would book again. Laundry was right outside the door

Family get away!

This was just a wonderful stay. The sunrise is so amazing and is at 7:00-8 if you go in December. We Walled all the way down to North point and saw so many beautiful things. We rode horses on the beach and it was certainly relaxing. It's a wonderful location You have Jenson Beach super close and lots of wonderful food around. The place is perfect for our family of 4. Clean and cozy. The owner was so quick to respond on our questions and very helpful. I definitely would go here again!!!! Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

We had an amazing time staying at this condo! It was in the perfect location, beach front (just steps from the beach) with a large balcony that we enjoyed using for morning coffee and afternoon happy hours! The inside of the condo was brand new, comfortable and in perfect condition- everything from the beds to the linens to the kitchen supplies! It was fully stocked with hangers, beach chairs, towels, and pool floats. It was spacious and extremely clean. Katie, the property manager, was extremely responsive answering all of our questions and the entire experience was perfect. We highly recommend staying in this condo and will absolutely be back!

Perfect winter escape ........

This is a beautiful, comfortable, well equipped condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The kitchen had pretty much everything we needed for the limited meals we had there. The linens were good quality and plentiful. The beds were very comfortable. It's so relaxing to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. A second bedside table in the main bedroom would have made it even more comfortable. The balcony had plenty of seating so you could enjoy the ocean views and the sunrises each morning. The queen size bed in the second bedroom was perfect for one person but the way it's set up it would be difficult to get in and out of bed without climbing over the other person. We love Pelican condos and this unit in particular. There are many wonderful restaurants in the area if you enjoy dining out. We're looking forward to returning next year!

Owners Gary and Debbie live in a nearby town and simply love warm and sunny Florida living! They stay busy gardening, volunteering for a local non-profit, and pal-ing around with their yellow lab and their grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

It's hard NOT to instantly relax when you gaze out at the ocean and listen to the waves from the large balcony. Close to Stuart's cute downtown and amenities, yet still quiet and calm, this condo is the best of both worlds.

What makes this property unique

Oceanfront! Unique blend of quiet + a short drive to amenities; great private beach access (only available to guests in Pelican and the neighboring building, Spoonbill). The gorgeous beach here is typically far less crowded here than most neighboring beaches and communities up and down Florida's east coast. And our unit boasts an awesome balcony that you can access from the living room OR master bedroom -- making it feel very open to the Atlantic.
