Beach Condo/ Island Beach Resort/ No Cleaning Fee/ Condo 401

Condo 401 at Island Beach Resort is on the fourth floor and overlooks the pool/ocean. It has two flat screen TVs, a king bed, and the spacious living area has a sofa bed. This immaculately maintained condo has a tasteful lighthouse theme and boasts an extra large livingroom and kitchen. Condo 401 has gorgeous ocean views from it's two balconies and is a mere 30-second walk to the private beach entrance. SOME AREAS ARE UNDER CONSTRUCTION, PLEASE CALL TO SEE IF A DISCOUNT APPLIES TO YOUR BOOKING.

Daily maid service is available upon request for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we have a laundry facility on the first floor. The building has a full service restaurant that is open daily for lunch and dinner. We also have an onsite gift shop boutique.

Check-in: 4:00pm. Check out 11am. If arriving after 5pm, please pre-arrange a lockbox pick up with the front desk 772-229-3006.

Third party sites like Airbnb may charge travellers a SERVICE FEE which is payable directly to Airbnb and does not get paid to the host or property owner.

Everything was fine. I had an issue with the tv but someone walked me through it and it got fixed. Only complaint was the chairs they give you for the beach are 2 bag chairs and they are not comfortable at all. Had to lay on a towel.

Wonderful Oasis! The ocean view really is an OCEAN VIEW. My room Balcony was so close to the ocean that the thunder of the waves rocked me to sleep :) Looking forward to my next visit

This place was great. you couldn't get any closer to the beach. If you like to lay in the sun, eat, drink and do a little shopping this place is for you. Great place to vacation can't wait to go back. Unit very clean and staff at the front desk of condo very helpful and friendly. The restaurant food I thought was very good. The restaurant staff not so friendly but that didn't stop me from going to the restaurant, Thanks for letting us rent your unit.

Simply amazing!

Well well worth the money for what you do get. The HBO in the living room television is the icing on the cake. The bed is so comfortable, kitchen fully thought out and much better stocked than my own, and spectacular views from both balconies. I definitely plan to return in the future. Also, the heated pool was so comfortable...I didn't want to get out and spent so much time in it. One of my favorite places I have ever stayed and will definitely return.

I can tell this guest stayed in our suite 307 as that is the only suite that has free HDTV with HBO. We wife loves to hear about the kitchen as we pride ourselves on providing all the items anyone could ever want in both our suites 307 and 401. We strive to make your vacation a 5 star experience. By far the best condo we have ever rented in Florida. The view was amazing. Sitting in the comfortable swivel chair, by the sliding glass door and watching the ocean was heaven. The condo is very comfortable and well equipped. I really felt as if the owner of the condo cared about my comfort and was focused on me having a great vacation. I will never rent any other condo than from this owner. The complex is small which I prefer over the huge high rise condos. Also, the restaurant on the premises has outside dining and is good for hamburgers and French fries and a cold beer.

Suites 307 & 401---(Both have comfortable swivel chair, by the sliding glass door.) As you read all the reviews of Island Beach Resort, please remember that the suites are all privately owned and therefore are all decorated differently. If you stayed in another one and did not like it, try 307 or 401 and then decide. Read all the reviews. Thanks, David and Evelyn

What a view!

We stayed from 1st to the 8th of February and had a very nice stay. Right on the ocean with and amazing view from the living room and the bedroom. The condo was cozy and very clean. It was just the right size for my husband and I, but would accommodate three people if needed. It was well appointed, and the building has a lot of on site amenities. Like Shuckers bar and restaurant on the main floor which has a huge deck on a dune for outdoor dining or to enjoy a drink. There is also an amazing pool with plenty of lounge chairs. And no need to worry about security.... You have a key which opens not only your door, but all doors in the place, including the pool gate and the gate to the walk to the beach. So only people staying there have access. We had a fantastic week and would recommend it to anyone! Just a side note.... There are ramps and elevators if anyone might need them who has a disability.

Evelyn and I are always grateful for great 5 star responses. Both of our suites, 401 and 307 have Queen sleeper sofa beds . We purchased extra thick mattresses to make them as comfortable as any sofa sleeper can be. The suites are rated as 4 person suites and we stock them to accommodate 6 at the dinner table for company. Perfect Condo!

This one bedroom condo has everything! It is a 4th floor( highest floor #401) oceanfront with two spacious balconies, a very short walk to the beautiful beach, a pool, a full restaurant and bar, laundry, grills, ample parking and gift shop on site. It has every provision you could possibly need. It is totally equipped with a complete kitchen, dining area, comfortable living room with beautiful ocean view and a spacious bedroom with a comfortable king size bed with another beautiful ocean view. The nautical decor aims to enhance your beach experience. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay a pleasure from providing movies and games for families as well as information about local museums and other points of interest in the area. Everything is clearly labeled to assist you.There is also free WIFI. The price is competitive for all that is provided. The owners are extremely interested in providing you with a wonderful experience and are very receptive to suggestions and comments. They respond quickly to any question or concern you may have. We have stayed here twice and would not consider staying anywhere else in the area. Make sure to check it out!

The property was very cute - a little smaller than the pictures would suggest. The ocean view was great and the bonus was the attached restaurant/bar - which is one of very few on Jensen Beach. We really appreciated not having to drive for drinks or dinner.

A Gem!

The location couldn't be better -- you can see and hear the ocean from the balcony. The condo itself is roomy and well stocked. We have stayed in other units in the building and this was by far the most nicely furnished and the most spacious. I especially like the space in the kitchen and the recliners. A great spot.

A very enjoyable two weeks.

My wife and I stayed in this suite from March 7th. thru the 21st. and enjoyed our stay very much. The view of the ocean is great and you can't get much closer to the ocean than we were. The unit was very clean and all the amenities one could want were available. The king sized bed was very comfortable. The pool was heated and located that, even though some days were windy, it was protected from the wind. Of course there is Shuckers; good food and fair prices and a couple of nights we ordered take-out and ate in our room. As I said, we enjoyed our stay enough that we booked ten days in the same suite in March of 2017.

The 1/1 condo with everything!

Our two week stay was spectacular ! The condo was clean, updated and had all of the amenities of home, including free wi-fi! The sunrise and sunset from the balcony was breathtaking. We also enjoyed Shuckers on site which was a plus. We will definitely return to this special place in the future!

“Beach-Hide-A-Way Condo" Property #252739

We can only echo and confirm the rave reviews we read about this beautiful condo. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Obviously, the owners care a great deal about their property and have provided all the comforts of a home away from home. The ocean view from the balcony, living room, and even the kitchen is superb, particularly at sunrise. The pounding of the surf was wonderful and quite relaxing. The location is perfect for easy access to many great restaurants and sightseeing venues.

We are constantly updating our suites 307 and 401. Just recently we upgraded the balcony tile and balcony furniture in suite 401. The sofa queen sleeper mattress was replaced with a newer thicker model in both suites. We also replaced the refrigerator in suite 307 along with other smaller changes. Our goal is to keep things as clean and fresh as possible to maintain a 5 star experience for our guests.

We love this condo 307. A...

We love this condo 307. A home a-way from home. Our family has been meeting at Island Beach Resort since 1993. This is the first year we have had the privilege of staying in this condo. We will be requesting 307 each year in the future. It's the best. What a great week.
