Spectacular Gulf View from Cannas House: Ideal for families, athletes

I offer, in a very central and quiet area, my apartment overlooking the gulf. The view from the veranda is truly wonderful, the sea always gives different shades depending on the day and the moment, with the mistral that accentuates its shades.<br>Upon arrival, my guests are pleasantly surprised by the panoramic view, the size of the house, the amenities available to guests and the care dedicated to the maintenance of the property.<br><br>The apartment is spacious, so much so that it offers several areas for common use such as entrance with living room, a large kitchen with table, 2 bathrooms with shower, front and side outdoor veranda and a second semi-closed and sheltered side veranda.<br>The rest of the house is made up of spaces for private use divided into 2 separate rooms, which allow maximum privacy: the first of these rooms has two bedrooms, one double with cot and one twin with twin beds (which can be joined if necessary), with bathroom placed between the 2 bedrooms; then we find a door to separate the second room consisting of another double bedroom with French bed and adjacent bathroom. <br>The rooms in the first room have a balcony (one of which has a sea view) and that of the second has direct access to the internal veranda of the apartment.<br>The side veranda has a brand new brick barbecue for your grills overlooking the sea.<br>The large kitchen is bright thanks to two windows from which you can admire the gulf, it is perfectly equipped with everything you need to be able to experience the apartment as your own: it consists of a stove with five burners, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and freezer, an electric kettle, toaster as well as pots, cups, glasses, wine glasses and cutlery. The house is also equipped with a washing machine, bathtub, water reserve, iron and ironing board.<br><br>Guests are asked to consume energy resources consciously and to behave correctly in carrying out separate waste collection to protect our environment and be able to preserve it for future generations.<br><br>The access from the street and the driveway are shared with another property; therefore, it is allowed to bring the car inside only for loading and unloading. You can park for free nearby (30/50 metres).<br><br> It is close to all amenities: about 300 m. from the beach and less than 200 m from bars, markets, restaurants, bus stop.<br><br>SUPPLEMENTS: <br>TOURIST TAX: € 1.50 PER PERSON PER DAY (+14years, to be paid in cash on site)<br>There is an extra charge for late check in.<br>Consumption for EXTRA air conditioners to be detected at the entrance and departure (there is a special trip counter).
