Cozy and refined one bedroom apartment in a newly built private residence in a very quiet area. The house is surrounded by a beautiful lawn garden ideal for relaxation.
With a walk you reach the center of the town, about 600 meters away and you can find a well-stocked supermarket 70 meters from the residence entrance. The beaches are 2/3 km away and can be reached by shuttle bus. Multi-day transfer from Cagliari airport with private bus by reservation. Air conditioning available on request for a fee of € 5.00 per day.
