If you are looking for a relaxing holiday, this house surrounded by greenery is ideal!
It is located in a residential area of Villasimius, just outside the village, about 800m. from the beautiful beach of Simius.
If you do not want to use the car, the sea and all services are within walking distance.
The house measures 50sqm and consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room with kitchenette; as well as a covered veranda and a large garden with a shower and a barbecue.
It is ideal for 4 people, but has a sofa bed in the living room.
It is also equipped with mosquito nets in the sleeping area, TV, washing machine, dishwasher and air conditioning.
For groups of friends, we have adjacent villas
