The adjacent kitchen has a second independent entrance.The sleeping area is located on the lower floor and consists of two double bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to the panoramic veranda overlooking the fields and the island of Tavolara.
A few steps further down is the third bedroom, with its bathroom and laundry.
