Rosa de Mar is an Art Nouveau villa located a few meters from the beach of Schiopparello, a countryside location famous for its olive groves and vineyards overlooking the Gulf of Portoferraio. Built in the early 1900s for the summer holiday of an ancient Elba family, it still retains the typical charm of a "historic home". The villa, indicated in many ancient and modern topographic maps of Elba with the name Villino Giuseppina, is the ideal location for those who want to spend a relaxing holiday in the silence of a unique landscape with colors and scents. The garden, surrounded by pittosporum hedges, ancient plants and fruit trees, is equipped for barbecues, lunches and pleasant dinners. Villa Rosa de Mar has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (one outside), a large living room and a kitchen. The terraces on the 1st floor are suitable for a breakfast that gives a good morning to the sea or for a romantic candlelit dinner in front of the Medici city.Dogs are allowed. Portoferraio, Porto Azzurro, Capoliveri and Rio nell'lba are only 15 minutes away from the villa by car.
