The house is located in an excellent location near the most beautiful beaches of Punta del Este where you can practice all kinds of water sports, excellent waves for surfing and very close to the best restaurants and nightclubs.
The house is located in an area of great tranquility and at the same time close to all the points of interest and fun of Punta del Este.
