As we are frequent VRBO renters in our own travels, we continuously are amazed with how few conveniences and supplies many property owners provide. Rarely do we roadtrip to a rental without a heavy bin of basic oils and spices, quality knives, etc. Too many kitchens lack the most basic of supplies. Not here. Cutco knives, food processor, waffle iron, martini glasses, full spice cabinet, ample baking and cookware... trust us, leave your bin at home. We have set this condo up for our lifestyle, and choose to share it with you.

We have furnished and decorated the living space with an upscale mountain feel. The condo has beautiful wood and tile flooring, while the bedrooms are carpeted for your comfort. Radiant heat provides warm floors and consistent heat throughout. For the sleeping arrangements, the master suite has a full king bed set and attached full bathroom. The second has a queen bed and the third a set each of twin/twin and twin/full bunks. Each have full bathrooms adjacent in the hallway. The condo includes a full size washer/dryer. If you have little ones with you, we have furnished a pack n play, booster seat, and eating/drinking utensils. Plenty of games, books, and DVD's for all ages as well. You will have a privately assigned key code for your party which changes with each booking, allowing everyone easy access.

We are extremely focused on cleanliness and the owners do a complete deep cleaning each fall and spring during the off season. As owners we frequently use the property ourselves, and with each stay we run through an extensive checklist to ensure that the property maintains the highest standards of excellence.

Trailhead Lodges is the most sought over property for vacation renters in Winter Park. It's just steps from restaurants, shops, hiking and biking trails, and the free shuttle bus. The well adorned clubhouse includes a heated pool (open year round) and hot tub, pool table and social area, gym, and an outdoor patio with fire pit and grills. If you're into mountain biking, hiking, or cross country skiing, we're right on the Fraser River Trail (with winter grooming) and Idlewild. All this and the heart of the town is literally outside your front door. And while the ski resort is just a couple minute drive up the road, leave the car and catch the free resort shuttle.

Due to our rare location of having stage views of the Rendezvous Event Center and Hideaway Park, we will open up summer dates as events are announced.

Check in time is 4PM, check out is 10AM - but we're flexible when possible.

Parking is available on site for up to 3 vehicles (no RV's or trailers allowed). If you have additional vehicles, please note that overnight parking is not allowed on town streets Oct 1 - May 31 due to snowplowing. However the free town parking garage is a short walk away next to Cooper Creek Square.

We strongly encourage guests to purchase vacation insurance which will protect your vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances such as illness, weather, flight cancellations, road closures, etc.
