An exceptional view with a double orientation South and West for this quiet apartment of 30 m2 air conditioned for 2 to 4 people on the 1st floor
Located 300 m from the beach or 5 minutes by boat tick (free for residents), it has been completely renovated and consists of a living room / kitchen fully equipped overlooking a balcony and a French window. A 140/190 bed is in a bedroom / bathroom (with shower 80/110 cm) and separate toilet.
In the living room, the pull-out sofa bed allows a bed of 160/190 or 2 times 80 cm. Parking is free for tenants (access with a badge). Shops on site: "U" grocery store, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and bars. Provencal market at the foot of the building on Thursday and Sunday. Shuttle boat or bus to St Tropez for Tuesday and Saturday markets

L’appartement est situĂ© dans une rĂ©sidence sur la Place du MarchĂ©, les fenĂȘtres et le balcon donnent directement sur la marina. Le studio est entiĂšrement redessinĂ© et amĂ©nagĂ© en appartement parfait! Les meubles et l'Ă©quipement sont super, individuels et avec beaucoup d’attention aux dĂ©tails. GĂ©nial! Il y a tout, vraiment tout, dont on aurait besoin. MalgrĂ© l'emplacement central, c'est trĂšs calme et en toute sĂ©curitĂ© dans cette rĂ©sidence. On sent que le propriĂ©taire a reconstruit et amĂ©nagĂ© le studio avec beaucoup de soin et d'idĂ©es. Petit dĂ©tail: vous feriez mieux d’apporter vos propres draps. Sur place, malheureusement, nous n'avons reçu que des draps et taies d’oreiller jetables qui ne sont pas sĂ©rieusement utilisables.

Un incroyable séjour !

Un grand merci aux propriĂ©taires pour leur rĂ©activitĂ©. L’appartement est parfait, trĂšs accessible, totalement rĂ©novĂ© et climatisĂ©. Calme, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ© et dĂ©corĂ© avec goĂ»t, nous nous y sommes sentis comme Ă  la maison. Le tarif de location est attractif. Les plages sont trĂšs proches que ce soit Ă  pieds ou en bateau. Je dirai pour finir qu’il est encore mieux en vrai qu’en photo et la vue Ă©tait la clĂ© de ce week-end rĂ©ussi, une vue sur les canaux grĂące aux deux baies vitrĂ©es . Merci pour tout Ă  nouveau et nous n’hĂ©siterons pas Ă  y retourner lors de nos prochaines venues. Un conseil, rĂ©server le rapidement !
