Originally built in 1935, this home has been professionally preserved to retain the original Craftsman-style architecture and elegant 1930s character, while simultaneously upgrading it with the most modern amenities. Natural light abounds throughout the unit. Luxury furnishings include Italian leather sofas, memory foam mattresses, and stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. A 50” flat-screen TV with Verizon Fios service and free Wi-Fi ensure even rainy vacation days will be fun for your entire group. The fully furnished kitchen allows home chefs to create the seafood meals of their dreams.
A beautifully landscaped backyard contains outdoor cabana showers with hot and cold water, as well as changing rooms to refresh you after a day at the beach. This place was absolutely perfect I would definitely recommend staying here. Location perfect close to boardwalk, restaurants, shopping. Place was very clean and comfortable, Frank checked in with us making sure everything was ok.

Only suggestion we had was the doors don’t stay shut inside the house. Latches may just need to be adjusted. And the stairs to the back yard has a weird wood tabletop like thing at the landing which can be a pain to navigate. Other than that this place is great. Very clean, airy and great location.

Less than a block to the grocery store(with a Starbucks) and a block and a half to the beach, it was perfect! Unit was clean, comfortable and spacious. We loved it and would stay again.

This home is so charming! It was impeccably clean and even nicer than that photos showed. The beds were very comfortable. The space was perfectly air conditioned. Quiet and private. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and to coffee shops, the grocery store and restaurants. Beach toys, chairs and umbrellas were available for use. The host was great. We would recommend you stay here!

my husband and i and our teen daughter & her friend stayed at frank's place. it's so peaceful, quiet, and homey. we all rested really well. love the beautiful crape myrtles that line the yard. walking to the beach is an absolute breeze, as is walking to the grocery store just a couple of blocks away. we got the chance to meet frank and he's so gracious and cool. we definitely will be coming back. thank you so much, frank!!

Amazing rental!

It was our 22nd wedding anniversary (October 5th). Several weeks ago I was looking for a rental and came across this gem! My wife, Heather, and I had a wonderful time. Plenty of space and great location. The only issue was someone used the big frying pan and burned whatever they cooked in it. But I was able to clean it and now it looks like new!! Every question I asked was answered promptly. Thanks for being part of our great memories!!

Great place in a great location!

The house was perfect and only a couple of blocks from the beach. My friend and I stayed there for the Shamrock Marathon and we were steps from the finish line. We booked the place based on location, but the house was also really cute, well maintained, and had everything we needed/wanted. Looking forward to coming back!

Simply Perfect

This unit was perfect! Very Close to the beach, wonderfully clean, and had that "Beachy" feel. It comfortably slept myself, wife, 3 and 5 year old, as well as her parents. Everything you would need from detergent pods for laundry to a full kitchen. We will definitely be staying here in the future. Thank you for making our first trip to the beach as a family a great experience :)

Beautiful beach getaway!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Sandpiper. The apartment was clean and really nicely decorated with a chic coastal vibe throughout. The apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. I especially loved the super soft and thick towels, a nice touch of luxury! Plus the outdoor balcony was ideal for laying out and enjoying al fresco dining. I highly recommend Sandpiper and look forward to returning for another getaway soon.
