About this property

Spacious 3 bedroom home just steps from the bay beach and best sunsets!

You’ll be just steps away from the Delaware bay beach when you stay at our family owned cottage located on a quiet street in Villas, New Jersey. Villas is minutes from the Cape May, Stone Harbor, and Wildwood Beaches. With a private access across the street, the beach is literally just steps away. The bayside beach offers the best sunsets in New Jersey!

From the moment you arrive you will feel right at home in this three bedroom, two bathroom cottage. The master bedroom has plenty of space with a king size bed; the second bedroom has a queen size bed and a wall mounted tv; the third bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed. The first bathroom features a tub/shower combo while the second has a walk-in shower.

**Linens are not provided.**

The kitchen is fully equipped with plenty of counter space, and has table seating for 6. The great room has a comfortable couch, loveseat, pub table with seating for four and a large wall mounted flat screen TV. The great room is an excellent place to get lost in entertainment while the front living room presents a beautiful view of the bay and a picture perfect sunset. The front living room is a fine place to enjoy the sound of the waves through the many windows while settling back on the futon, wicker sofa, or two wicker chairs. Enjoy our assortment of DVD’s, books, and games with the family or just relax and take advantage of the cable TV and wireless internet. No matter what, you’re sure to be comfortable with central AC.

There’s a washer & dryer for your convenience and just off the deck is a private enclosed shower with hooks for clothing and towels. Hang out on the deck which has a gas grill, picnic table with seating for eight, and extra chairs to relax and listen to the bay.

There is always something to do making the Delaware Bay/Cape May area a great place to visit year round. Come enjoy all that the Cape May area has to offer!

• Our home is a non-smoking environment, we appreciate your cooperation.

• Additional nights may be available at a multi night rate. Also may able to do partial weeks in the summer. Please contact us for more information.

• Weekly rentals are 3 pm Saturday until 11 am the following Saturday

great spot

This spot was great for the dog with a fenced in yard, plenty of space for kids, great access to nearby baybeach for early morning and sunset walks. A bit of a drive to popular spots/ beaches but absolutely as advertised!

The location was great for those early morning walks with the dogs on the bay, Plenty of parking and a cute neighborhood for night time walks. Great location. So close to Wildwood and Cape May.

Perfect get away by the bay

Very clean, comfortable, and attractive, with a good balance of private spaces to nap or read, while still offering plenty of choices to hang out as a group: two living rooms, two decks, even two yards, one fenced in and one open.

Family vacation

This property is awesome. Lots of room and gathering spaces. Easy access to Wildwood and Cape May with private beach across the street. My dog loved the fenced in yard and chasing the bunnies each morning.

What a location!

We loved this home. It was perfect for our needs and especially great for fishing. Our beagle had the best time in the fenced in yard and on the beach. So quiet in the neighborhood. We really loved the Greek restaurant The Olive Branch. Great food, BYO.

Beautiful and convenient

Exactly what we were looking for. Spacious house with enough room for us, the kids, and my parents. Plus the dog! It's about a minute to walk to the beach, which was peaceful and perfect for swimming or a walk. Easy to get to other Cape May or Wildwood attractions in 20ish minutes.

Convenient and relaxing stay!

The house was as mentioned in the listing. The owner was very responsive and information provided was helpful. The street was quiet and peaceful. My family and dog loved being steps away from the Bay beach. Everything you need was within a few minutes drive and there was so much to do. We have 3 young children of our own and enjoy vacationing with family and hope you will enjoy our home as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with the Delaware Bay after searching for a vacation spot near the New Jersey shore. We vacationed here in Villas in 2015 and loved the quiet, uncrowded, and family friendly bay beaches. Having 3 small children means that proximity to the beach is very important to us. We are less then 50 steps to the bay and the BEST sunsets in New Jersey. We purchased this home in 2017 with my parents after immediately falling in love with it because of its location.

What makes this property unique

We have a fenced in yard perfect for young children, a deck that’s perfect for dining outside while listening to the bay, and plenty of space inside for rainy days.

It’s great being close to all of the amazing attractions Wildwood and Cape May have to offer while also being so close to the quiet, laid back Delaware Bay beaches. Some of our favorites include: the Cape May Zoo; numerous locations for miniature golf & ice cream; Sunset Beach; the Park and Ride trolly in Downtown Cape May; amazing local wineries; some great playgrounds including Sunrise at Rambler Rd; the Cape May Lewes Ferry; all of the incredible restaurants, too many to list!
