Essentially, checkout is leaving the house as it was when you arrive so our cleaners can come in and clean.

Not our first time staying here and surely won't be our last. The home, pool and property are always spotlessly clean on arrival. The hosts are always prompt with a reply if you have any issues. To us the icing on top for this property is the proximity to the beach. A short two blocks walk and your toes are in the sand.
