Welcome to Seas The Day, renovated modern house with all of the comforts for beach living. Pool is open mid-May through mid-October.
"THE PROPERTY"
Located on 0.32 Acres with a private heated ground pool and a Tiki bar for entertaining. It is a short 5 blocks / 5-7 minute walk from the beach and approximately 0.8 miles from the Cape May Mall area. It has a private driveway, bike parking in front, and a shed for beach gear for your enjoyment. It has an enclosed patio for dining entertaining over looking the pool. Entertainment and Fun morning and night. It has many upgrades including nwood floors throughout, central air, smart thermostat, renovated kitchen, deck with gas grilling and other house smart features for convenient living. The pool is heated in May, June, September and October at the request of the guest for $160 (80-82 F degrees) to cover the incremental heating bill. Please request this one week before arrival.
ROOMS: 4 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths. There are 4 bedrooms as listed:
Primary: 1 King Bed , 1 Twin Sleeper/Roll Away
2nd Primary: 1 Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Double Bed
Bedroom 4: 1 Double Bed, Twin in Bunk 1, 2 Twin Bends in Bunk 2, Tri-Fold Foam Folding Mattress for Seating and Sleeping if necessary. Top bunk beds have a maximum weight of 145 pounds.
It can sleep 10 comfortably.
OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced-in Patio, private in-ground pool, bar chairs, lounge chairs, Propane Gas Grill, and a large yard.
MAIN FLOOR: Open Layout with a dining table, living room with Smart TV (Firestick), sliding doors opening up to the Patio overlooking the pool.
GENERAL: Included Wi-Fi, washer & dryer, central A/C. Outside shower. TVs, Pool is open Mid-May to Mid-September (heating is extra). Youtube TV, Hulu, Disney+.
PARKING: Private driveway that can accommodate 3 cars and plenty of parking on Cape May Avenue. Bike Parking pad available.
LOCATION: Primary location with a short walk to downtown (mall area), the beach and restaurants. Safe, expansive and quiet street ideal for families.
IMPORTANT: The house does not come with bed linens or towels for inside, the pool and the beach (Pillows are provided with frequently washed protective 100% water proof covers). Bring your own linens or we can also arrange this at cost for all beds (fitted sheets, sheets, pillow covers) and towels. Please inquire when securing your booking.
Pool is open starting in May until middle of October and there is an incremental charge for heating per rental period. PLEASE NOTE THAT DURING THE MONTHS OF JUNE 15-AUGUST YOU CAN ONLY CHECK IN ON SATURDAYS AND A MIIMUM OF 7 DAYS IS REQUIRED. POOL HEATING FEE APPLIES ONLY WHEN THE GUEST REQUEST THE POOL TO BE HEATED IN SPRING OR FALL. HEATING is $160. The house is equipped with Moen Flo device which can potentially shut the water off for the whole house if it detects unusual water activity such as excessive water usage. The purpose of this is to prevent significant leaks or water damage. The property owner/ manager is informed prior to shut off. In the unlikely case the water is shut-off, simply message the owner.
The house has security cameras all around. The cameras on the pool side are not operating when it is rented. No large parties, events, unregistered guests allowed. Young adults / teenagers (anyone under the age of 25) have to be accompanied by their own parents.
PLEASE READ THE HOUSE RULES PRIOR TO ARRIVAL. The guests are asked to comply with house rules including leaving the house as you've found it inside and out, not moving furniture around, no glass around pool, following recycling rules and others.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out is 10:30 AM. Please leave the house as you found it, furniture in place (inside & out), remotes in holders, beach tags hanging at the entrance, clean dishes put away, and trash removed.
A book near the entry shows where things go. Recyclables should be loose, trash should be bagged. If you have dirty dishes, just load and start the dishwasher—our cleaner will handle the rest.
Each beach tag is $100. Return shed items (chairs, toys, etc.) back. If anything is broken, missing, or not working, let me know,

Hello and happy you are checking out this amazing house. The absolute beauty, uniqueness, and location make this home a true retreat. We renovated it in 2021 with modern and functional amenities for our own living. Our family of three children also enjoy this house, but opening it up to a few select weeks for others to enjoy.

Centrally located in a very spacious part of Cape May, only 5 blocks (5-7min walk) to the beach on Philadelphia Avenue! Hit the Private Pool, Hit the Beach and then repeat! :) It is also 0.8 mile walk to Cape May Mall area, 10 minute walk to Wawa, Pizza Restaurant and an easy walk to the Lobster House.
