Beautiful newly renovated home - Great location close to beach and town center

Newly renovated and restored Classic Cape May Craftsman style cottage. Great location, only 17 houses away from the beach (5 minute walk), and just 3 short blocks to the center of town. This c. 1925 house was recently completely renovated and restored with high quality finishes from top to bottom including a new eat-in kitchen with white Shaker style cabinets and Kitchen-Aid stainless steel appliances. The house features three new bathrooms with beautiful ceramic tile finishes. The original features of the house have been restored, including the oak fireplace mantle, a stained glass window as well as beautiful refinished wood floors throughout. The house has a two zone central air conditioning and heating system.

The first floor features a large sun porch at the front of the house which is the perfect spot to relax, people watch and enjoy the ocean breezes. Also on the first floor is a large living room with a 50” flat screen "smart" TV, a huge formal dining room, with a large family style dining table, with a charming alcove spot to sit and read a book. The all new eat-in kitchen is open to the dining room and living room and features all new cabinets and appliances and countertops with beautiful Carrera marble finishes. Completing the first floor is a large sunny bedroom at the rear of the house featuring a new en suite bathroom. Located just off the bedroom is the roof top sun deck. A perfect spot to relax at the end of a day at the beach.

The second floor features two large sunny bedrooms (one with two twin beds and the other with a queen bed), a new hall bathroom, and a large master bedroom suite with a beautiful new master bathroom and two walk-in closets.

The third floor features a charming loft style room (13’ X 25’), a perfect spot for the kids, featuring 4 twin beds and a 40’ flat screen "smart" TV.

The house features a small fence enclosed yard, perfect for small children, two off street parking spots, a newly built cedar outside shower, stainless steel barbeque grille, as well as a convenient basement, with plenty of room for storage and easy access from the yard.

Perfect stay

Perfect home for a group or family. We stayed for a girls weekend, but plenty of amenities if we were to bring our kids. The house is so cute and kitchen is beautiful. The owner was so responsive and made our stay wonderful. We were able to walk to dinner, beach and shopping easily. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home, awesome trip

We rented this beautiful home for a family girl’s trip and it didn’t disappoint. The location is so convenient to walking to Washington Street shopping, the beach and all the great restaurants. The house has a great 1st floor bedroom and three spacious bedrooms on the second floor. The third floor has a large room with four beds that makes a great space for kids. The home was clean and ready for our arrival. The owner was great to work with and was very accommodating. I highly recommend this home.
