- Full sized unfinished ground level basement, with convenient access from the yard, featuring an extra refrigerator, lots of beach gear (beach chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards. Perfect for extra storage.

- Outside shower - located in the side yard, adjacent to the ground level basement entrance.

- 2 off street side by side parking spaces in the driveway, plus easy on street parking with no permits/meters.

- Small fenced enclosed yard with Weber propane barbeque grill and picnic table.

We had such a great time during our stay! We were in town for a wedding so we’re in and out but the house suited our needs perfectly. There was plenty of space for our family of 4 plus 2 other adults. We brought all of the necessities for our 1 year old (pack n play, booster, etc) but didn’t even need to. The house itself was clean and in the perfect location (close walk to town and the beach). We would love to stay here again!
