One seasonal rental available for this condo (no young children please). One underground parking space per unit. Guest spots available. Simply the best place to be a snow bird! You will never stop looking at the views of water, boat's and Palm Beach. Minutes to everything--dining, shopping, etc. Due to limited availability, we require direct contact with you before we can book. As a result, you will not see much history of bookings on this site.

We live in the area and this is our personal beach condo fabulously decorated. We are only doing very limited rentals and are very particular about whoever wishes to rent. We will only have a couple renters ever use the place in any given year, but those lucky enough will love it! We only rent directly so will need to speak with you before any reservations are made.
