This Beach Front Apartment overlooks the bay of Puerto Pollensa and is just 10 meters away from the beach .
In this apartment you will find a spacious lounge, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and a terrace with views of the beach that gives you a wonderful view of the Bay and a real relaxing feel during your holiday.
The Apartment is in the area of Pinaret, a short 5-7 minute walk along the beach front to the centre of town where you will find countless restaurants, shops, and bars.
When Booking or Wanting to book:
Check in time is after 16:00
Check out time is before 10:00
Changeover day: Saturday in high season (19th May - 22nd September)
Included in the price: all utility bills, bed linen and bath towels; no pool/beach towels.
Eco-tax is not included in the price and it works out at 2,20€ per person older than 16 for the first 8 days, after the 8th day it is 1,10€ for the remaining days (children under 16 do not pay).
