Pinewalk Apartment Rafael is a truly deluxe and contemporary first floor beachfront apartment on Puerto Pollenca's beautiful Pinewalk. Apartment Rafael is spacious and airy with a fabulously furnished large terrace just several yards from the beach and the sea with unrivalled views which will stay with you for years ..
The access to the apartment is via elevator or a set of easy steps to the first floor.

All the rooms are at first-floor level. They are cool and airy with white walls and tiled floors. The lounge-diner opens out onto the terrace, with comfortable sofas, flat-screen TV with UK satellite (some English speaking channels and a DVD / CD stereo. The fantastic kitchen has lots of storage space and appliances including a dishwasher, stunning fridge freezer and a walk-in pantry, an utility room with the washing machine, clothe dryer, iron and iron board.
The apartment has three bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. It has one double bedroom and two twin bedroom all en-suite and with airconditioning.


Linen is changed once per week as well as a midweek towel change and light clean.

Excellent location and apartment - highly recommend!

Highly recommend! We really enjoyed the spacious apartment, it was perfect for the 3 couples who stayed there for 10 nights. The location, overlooking the sea, the boats, the bay, and beach was excellent and just a little away from the areas of more hustle and bustle. Josefa was very nice and, as we had a late flight on the day of check out and there was not a back to back booking, she let us stay "as long as you like". That was fantastic and we really appreciated it as it made out final day in Mallorca just as enjoyable as the rest......we will be back and will stay here again. Thank you.

The property is lovely, well maintained and spacious. As you would expect the view is amazing

My overall impression of the property is very positive. Very clean and comfortable. The owner was on the spot with anything we needed. The issue we had there was down to the pizza parlour attracting lots of people who wanted to drink and drink therefore creating noise and mess. Be warned there is a small pub in the road directly behind the apartments and it is also very noisy to the early hours. Which with small children can be an issue. If you want somewhere to have a drink then it's great.

Family holiday

The property is in a lovely location and overall we really enjoyed our stay. We had a frustrating check in process. The property hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. It wasn’t ready until after 6.30pm. Our discussions with the owner were not constructive. She later apologised but it was an unfortunate start. It would also be helpful if the property provided basic cleaning products to avoid the morning trip to Spar to buy soap, washing up powder, dishwasher pellets, cloths…..etc

Fabulous apartment!

Great location, bright and modern large airy apartment. Beautifully furnished with 3 bedrooms all en suite plus extra toilet. Air con worked perfectly and very quiet. Fully stocked with everything a family needs. We had a 4 month old baby and also were provided with cot and high chair. The fabulous outlook over pinewalk made things complete. All instructions were clear and precise. Only wee gripe is the noise factor at back from Rustic bar but we were maybe a bit sensitive due to first time travelling with baby! Would love to return.

Lovely apartment in perfect location

Apartment was spotlessly clean, well maintained and the position of it us perfect. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shops, perfect views across the bay. Wonderful place.
