Spacious and nice apartment in a beautiful area of port of Pollensa. Amazing view from the terrace. Everything exactly as pictured. Staff really helpful. Apartment has everything you need for your stay. Location can’t be better. Next to a lot of restaurants (bedrooms in the back of the apt so are really quiet) and shops. Great for families!

Perfect located at the harbour

Nice balcony with view over the Harbour/Beach. Sleeping rooms all located to the silent back. Overall perfect location especially for divers as 2 diving schools 50-100 Meter from the flat and boat just in front of it. (To mention: it is with elevator … looks as it it out of order since long time and for longer time.) rest ok. Dickinson Villas support is fast and perfect.

Location very central and close to the main beach at Puerto Pollensa. We were a bit worried about noise beforehand but this wasn’t a major issue and the bedrooms were quiet at night. The apartment is spacious and well set out. Downsides were: parking anywhere close was very difficult; kitchen utensils (especially cutlery) very basic for 6 people; some of furniture/kitchen units looked tired and were not of a high standard; and although the management company responded quickly to the shower not draining and faulty shower hose, these issues should have been spotted beforehand. Overall, given the rental price, Vistamar 2 did not compare favourably with the quality/equipment provision of similar apartments we have stayed in Puerto Pollensa (Pine Walk).

Good location, lovely balcony, in need of some updating

Nice apartment in a central location, just needs some updating in places ( missing wall tiles in kitchen, floor tiles lifting in hallway). There is quite a bit of noise from the road and the harbour (loud music from youths in cars) but you don’t hear anything once inside and we weren’t disturbed at night at all. The fridge didn’t smell great as the drain was blocked and it needed cleaning before we could use it. Otherwise all good.

Great location & property

Lovely spacious property ( they can bit a bit small in Spain) great location, very central. Can be a bit noisy due to other guests checking out in the early hours of the morning. Otherwise everything was great, some of the property facilities are getting a bit worn/dated but everything worked ok for us. I was glad I added the welcome pack as we arrived so late due to flights delayed ( charge was nominal compared to the value of having supplies due to late arrival) . The only concern was it was a bit of a challenge getting in/out of the main bathroom shower as it was in the sunken bath. The second bathroom seemed to be missing its fan but a bit of air freshener fixed that. Had a great holiday & would go back to same property & happy to recommend to others. Service company were super helpful & great communication from them. Thanks Aurora & Alan. Much appreciated for all your directions & advice.

Great location and views, beach right across the road perfect for sea swimming if you head out, as close to shore coral can snag you! The bed in the main bedroom was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, hard as a rock, and no duvet, just a cover. Loose head board which rattled every time you turned, so removed it.
