Very bright duplex apartment with south orientation and mountain views. Fully equipped. Sheets, towels, dryer, cleaning products ... etc
The building has an elevator.
In the center of the town of Llanes, in a quiet street. Close to commercial areas, restaurants and cider houses. 500 m from the beach.
On the ground floor we find the living room and kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave. Double room and bathroom with bathtub.
On the upper floor two double bedrooms and bathroom with hydromassage shower.
It has its own garage 50 meters away on the same street.

Nos ha encantado

Una gran acogida. La casa limpia y muy bien situada. A la vez que una calle muy tranquila. Con todas las comodidades de casa: ascensor, wifi, ... Además el uso del garaje muy conveniente en un pueblo con muchos coches. Nos ha gustado mucho.
