Camp Dennis - Cozy Cabin

Cozy cabin. Outdoor fire pits, Giant screened in porch where I spend most of my time when there in the summer. 3 Beds, Bedroom downstairs with a Queen connects to the bathroom and upstairs there is another Queen and a full size bed.
Great wood burning stove and a wall mounted propane heater. Full Kitchen, TV with DVD player, HD antenna, High Speed internet, fire stick, bed and bath linens, paper goods, dishes, kitchen utensils including, dish soap, an coffee and tea every day.

Named after my Dad, Camp Dennis is easy to get to. Stillwater Reservoir, Tug Hill, Old Forge, Brantingham, and Lowville are all within an hour or less. Snowmobile trails, Lewis county ATV Trails, Horseback riding, hunting, fishing, Hiking, State forest and river access within minutes. There is so much to do, I cant spend all my time there so you can enjoy it too! Please ask me about what interest you , I will be happy to advise.

    Dennis is serene.

    Loved this place! It's absolutely silent at night. Enjoyed a campfire in the fire pit each night. Many nearby places to kayak so we never got bored. Cabin is clean and comfortable.

    Great property, awesome location. Main Rd a little close for children but not tons of traffic even for 4th of July weekend. Would definitely stay again!

    The location is very quiet and the forest outback is a great place to explore. We come back here every year because it's only a few miles from where I grew up.

    Relaxing stay

    From the moment I arrived to the moment I left this was such a great Experience. This place is so comfortable, one of the best places I have stayed at in the 10 years of renting vacation homes. You are so close to anything you want to do outside, from hiking, canoeing, fishing and kayaking. I could imagine winter sports here. The place is cozy especially with the fireplace. The dartboard was an added bonus for the rainy nights.

    Beautiful cabin with everything you need in a beautiful setting.

    Having grown up just a few miles down the road from this cabin, it was just like going back in time. Very nicely kept clean cabin with a huge fire pit out back and a gas grill. Bed was very comfortable, kitchen well stocked with utensils. We had six people total at dinner time and there was plenty of dishes to cook with and serve food. Would definitely come back!!

    Loved Our Time At Camp Dennis

    My wife and I had a wonderful time at Camp Dennis. It was exactly what we were hoping for. We loved sitting by our campfire every night and enjoying the peace and quiet. Our daughter is getting married in a few weeks and this place was the right place for our get away before gearing up for the big day! We enjoyed using the kitchen as well as the outside grill. Additionally, we appreciated the DVDs that were available to us to view. Thank you Bryan for opening your home to us. We felt as if we were at home! One advice we would give to others is to make sure you have your goodies and supplies with you as there are no stores nearby. My wife and I look forward to returning to Camp Dennis.     Stayed here with my family 4th of July week, very nice cabin located at a reasonable distance from Old Forge. Bryan made sure we were stocked with everything we needed and even gave me the location of some little known swimming spots. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

    Quiet, cozy cabin with so much to do

    All I can say is thank you! We appreciate you! We all loved Camp Dennis, honestly 2 nights was not enough time to fully enjoy everything there is to do! The beds were so comfy we fell asleep within minutes, kitchen fully stocked and accommodating, movies were on point! Love the fire pit.as well! Oh and patsy saved the day, the morning we left when my parents car needed to be jumped! We got a taste of Lowville, and we will be back to Camp Dennis, as our family decided to make this a yearly tradition! Thanks again!!

    Very nice home in the woods. So quiet you only hear the gentle breeze in the trees.

    Very clean and tidy house. Nice kitchen in which we cooked a wonderful dinner. The Knotty pine is warm and inviting and plenty of room to spread out. Great wood burning stove provides lots of heat and we found it very pleasant. It is located on a little traveled road so it was great to feel so far away from city cares. Nice shower with nice hot water , not a primitive place at all. Walk out the back and up the slight hill and you are in the woods which seem untouched by man. We had a great time.

    I live in Northport, Longisland and work in the Solar business. I love animals the outdoors and the Adirondacks. I have been snowmobiling in the area for many years and have found this to be a great base camp. I am not a hunter although the hunting up here is awesome. I also enjoy Kayaking and there are Endless rivers and lakes close by

    Secluded in the middle of it all and easy to get to. There is so much to do and see please tell me what interests you.
