Buona la posizione prossima alla spiaggia, ma le condizioni generali dell'appartamento erano piuttosto trasandate, a parte il bagno, nuovo e spazioso, gli ambienti dell'appartamento erano piuttosto trascurati soprattutto per le tinteggiatura e gli arredi datati che davano l'impressione di essere stati raffazzonati alla bell'e meglio. Per non parlare del televisore, un apparecchio a tubo catodico, datato, piccolo e malfunzionante.
