Living room with double sofa/bed and kitchenette, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, balcony/terrace with wonderful sea view equipped with table and chairs.

Air conditioning, reserved parking space. Shared laundry room.

Included in the rental fee is a sun umbrella and two sunbeds at the Europa bathing establishment, located right in front of the residence.
