Reachable via a small dirt road, it is completely surrounded by nature, very close to the major and most famous paths of Monte Conero, reachable in a few minutes on foot from the property.

Entrance floor: living room with sofa, dining table and kitchenette - bathroom with shower and washing machine - sea view terrace equipped with table and chairs.
Upper floor: master bedroom with double bed and bunk bed with access to terrace with wonderful sea view - second bedroom with double bed - bathroom with shower. Double parking space.
Unique solution, ideal for those looking for a relaxing holiday, completely immersed in the green of the Conero.
Pets are not allowed.
