The Azalea: near Numana with large terrace and seasonal condominium pool

From the private entrance on the ground floor—which is also accessible by lift—you enter the living room-kitchen area. Here, you can relax on the sofa while watching TV or sit comfortably at the table with 5 chairs. The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster, allowing you to prepare your own meals with complete independence. Dishes and cookware are stored on the shelves and in the drawers. The kitchen-living area opens onto a wonderful 50-square-meter terrace that wraps all the way around the apartment, offering privacy and comfort with views of the surrounding hills. The terrace is equipped with a table and chairs for comfortable outdoor dining, two sun loungers, a sofa set and armchairs located under the loggia, two sunshades (one of which is motorised), a clothesline, and a convenient outdoor faucet.
