The kitchen is simple but well-equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher, a 6 ring gas hob, electric oven and a microwave. The Kitchen is open plan with beamed ceiling and a dining room adjacent to it with an open fireplace. From the kitchen french doors lead directly to the conservatory, which is open in the summer heat. Here you will find lovely large marble table for eating at and lounge seating for your ´sundowner´. The sitting room is a vast high-beamed ceilinged room with comfortable sofas and armchairs set around a wonderful open fireplace looking out over the garden through double french doors. Plenty of books adorn the bookcase. Antique furniture and family paintings hang on the walls. From here bedroom 3 & 4 are on an adjacent annex. They ooze rustic charm with their shared bathroom at the end of the corridor. Upstairs lie Bedroom 1 & 2 which have stunning views across the land.

Great beaches are only 40 min. away on the Mediterranean Coast or the wild white surfing sands of Costa de la Luz are,90 min. drive.
