Casa del Sol is a one of a kind top design villa at Valle Romano Golf (Estepona) offering 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and all the rest you can imagine for a perfect holiday with family or friends.

What will make your holiday perfect?

First, the exterior is unique. The infinity pool (with child alarm and exterior shower) offers amazing views on the golf and the sea. It also features a wonderful terrace with sunbeds and an umbrella. A private garden and an exterior dining table with Yakiniku (bbq) make the exterior complete.

Second, the interior is perfect for every kind of stay. It is 100% child proof (baby bed/chairs/gates and changing table). 3 double beds and 2 single beds can accommodate 8 adults. 2 bathrooms offer 4 sinks, 2 showers and 1 bath in total. 3 toilets make the sanitary facilities complete. The kitchen is 200% equipped, with a Quooker faucet and all you want from Miele: combi oven, fridge with freezer, dish washer and cooker. You will also enjoy the Nespresso machine. Laundry, ironing, washing and vacuuming equipment is at your disposal, just in case.

The salon offers a flat screen and high end Hi-Fi equipment with phenomenal (interior and outdoor) speakers.

The location is great and quiet, offering stunning views on the sea, the golf and the mountain.
It's right next to the golf course of Valle Romano (and close to many other golf courses). The garden literally borders the course. By car or on foot, the villa is only 2.5 kms away from the beach, 4 kms from the port, 6 kms from the historic center of Estepona. It's not only a fantastic place to enjoy the good weather, the swimming pool and the beach, it's also the perfect starting point for a fantastic road trip, bike or hike adventure and close to many other fun things such as canyoning (Benahavis), paragliding (Algodonales), animal (safari) park (Selwo), many golf courses, ... Puerto Banus is only 25kms away, Malaga (with its airport) 85 kms.

Very nice villa

We were very positively surprised by the house, which turned out to be even nicer in real life than in the photos. Everything was working well and it had all the facilities you could think of - all in very high standard compared to the “classic” Spanish rental houses. Only downside was the temperature of the pool (not heated), as the water was very cold. That said, we were unlucky with the weather during our stay with lower temperatures than expected, and even some rainy days. So the cold water might feel less cold during warm summer periods. We would highly recommend renting this villa if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing place, where architecture, esthetics and sense of details are in place.

Beautiful villa in a wonderfully peaceful area

This modern villa looks brand new, with excellent furnishings and equipment. We loved the overall style of the place and things like an excellent washer and dryer and instant boiling water for tea all made the stay more comfortable. A warning for UK couples that the double beds are all two single beds pushed together, as is often the case in Spain. The staircase also isn’t suitable for those with limited mobility and all the bedrooms are downstairs. The pool heater wasn’t working during our time, which was a pity as it was super cold (late Feb), but the owner made up for that. The villa overlooks a golf course and has distant sea views. The area is very quiet, although there is a lot of development going on not so far away, so it will become a little busier. The Wi-Fi is superb. Overall a great place for some quiet days in a stylish place.
