This was our second time at the Mermaid cottage. It has filled our needs perfectly. The “littles” loved the pool and the quick and easy beach access made it perfect for morning walks. Thank you Stefan for a memorable vacation!

Perfect location in Atlantic Beach. Very nice pool and Hot tub, both were cleaned and in great shape. It is an older house, but is well taken care of and has been updated and renovated. Plenty of seating space throughout. Check-in/check out was very smooth and straight forward. Host had great communication. Parking is a bit tight if you have more than two vehicles, but we did make it work. Overall great value

Mermaid is Paradise, between the pool, ocean and hot tub it made a little get away into a dream. Walking distance to Great food, unbelievable views! We will definitely be coming back to Mermaid !

We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary with our family! Although the weather wasn’t ideal beach weather we hardly noticed!! The hot tub and pool kept the grandchildren entertained and the closeness to the ocean made beach walks and shelling perfect!! My husband and I enjoyed the master suite and ocean view!! We all loved the quaintness of the house!! We would definitely rent again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was a blend of classic beach vibes mixed with modern amenities. The hot tub and pool were well kept and the floor layout was perfect for gathering to enjoy meals and watch ball games in the evenings. The spacious deck was also very accommodating for those who wanted to sit in the sun as well as those who preferred the shade. We would visit again and again!

Great stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Watching dolphins from the balcony, hanging out in the hot tub, playing in the pool, just a short walk to relax on the beach… it was the perfect getaway for our family. Stefan was great to work with too!

Lovely beach front property! We stayed here for a long weekend and had the best time. The home is the perfect beach cottage with tons of space to spread out and enjoy vacation. Our family enjoyed to hot tub, pool and fun game room. Winter sunsets are amazing-we spotted dolphins sitting on the back deck and enjoyed the walkability to the circle. Thank you to the fantastic host Stefan for being super responsive. We will be back to enjoy this sea side gem for again in the future!

Relaxed Vacation

We had a wonderful stay. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the covered deck was also a plus. The communication with the host for a minor issue was easy and he got back to us fast. The issue was solved quickly and we enjoyed the rest of our stay.
