Large, comfortable apartment well furnished with quality marks, equipped for every need! Patio-garden use reserved for guests! The apartments of about 65 square meters, composed of equipped kitchen (toaster, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine) sheets, towels. Living room with sofa, satellite TV, fireplace; 2 bedrooms 4/5/6 ps., Bathroom toilet bidet shower, washing machine and hairdryer.
the garden-garden not far away with a splendid view over the valley, with benches and deckchairs! The house has nice furnishings, located in the center of the village of Calvola, with green surroundings, the view of the mountains, a church from the Roman era, will give your stay a particular pleasure. The exposed stone walls of the whole country makes the spirit of particular interest! The completely renovated, rustic and elegant house is ideal both for those who love relaxation, calm, nature and culture but also for those who love sports (bike, walking)!

Peaceful Apartment in the Mountains

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the enchanting Medieval village. Calvola is quiet and there is a nice breeze in the evenings. We enjoyed having our breakfast in the garden which had an amazing view of the mountains Flavia was a lovely host and very helpful with check-in and recommendations for places to eat and explore. Everything in the apartment was neat and tidy. We would certainly stay there again.

just gorgeous

It was the perfect accommodation for us 3, 5, 11 plus parents. The flat is located in the very quiet and beautiful old village of Ville del Monte in walking distance to Lago di Tenno. Hiking and/or Mountain biking starts right at the doorstep. The flat is very cosy and provides everything you need to get a good night sleep, cook your own meal, enjoy the mount view and countryside flair. Flavia and Pia are very nice hosts and always helpful.

Check-in war völlig entspannt. Wir kamen spät an, aber das war für Flavia kein Problem.Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, wir haben nichts vermisst.

Super Lage - aber versteckte Kosten - Abzocke

Wir haben unseren Familienurlaub grundsätzlich sehr genossen - dies ist insbesondere auf die tolle Lage zurückzuführen. Leider ist die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin unbefriedigend - unklare Regeln und vor allem fadenscheinige Zusatzkosten, welche jeglicher Grundlage entbehren. Zum Beispiel Heizkosten welche nicht entstanden sind. Nachweise gab es keine! Der Erholungseffekt ist aber durch den Stress im Nachhinein aufgrund dieser Thematik direkt wieder weg. Wir würden nicht wieder kommen.

All'ospite è stato chiesto la tassa di soggiorno è esplicitamente un extra scritto chiaramente, ed un piccolissimo rimborso su 8 giorni del uso del riscaldamento, lasciavano acceso a 25° pur non essendoci in casa, abbiamo scritto un messaggio. Mettere un commento negativo è una prosecuzione di mal comportamento. Per il resto l appartamento è stato trovato in ordine.

Wunderbare Lage und herzliche Gastgeber

Wir hatten 8 ereignisreiche Tage, an denen wir immer die zentrale Lage in Mitten der wunderschönen Landschaft nutzen konnten. Nach unten zum See biken oder nach oben auf den Monte Misone wandern oder einfach auf der Höhe bleiben - es ist immer spannend und leicht zu erreichen. Vielen Dank an Flavia und Pia. Ihr wart immer da, wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben. Und wenn Not war, habt ihr euch erst Recht und liebevoll bemüht! Grazie per il vostro aiuto e ospitalità! Tanti baci!

Entspannung pur!

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist herrlich! Blick auf den gardasee spektakulär und die Wanderungen in die Umgebung sind besonders im Herbst wunderschön. Flavia als Vermieterin ist aufmerksam und hilfsbereit, dabei sehr freundlich und nicht aufdringlich.

Ruhige Wohnung mit kleinem Garten und Aussicht

Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb des Gardasees in einem sehr ruhigen alten kleinen Dorf, welches liebevoll restauriert wurde. Wer dem Trubel am See entfliehen will findet hier Ruhe mit einer fantastischen Aussicht auf den See, den man in einem kleinen Gartenstück genießen kann. Und sollte man Abends doch mal nicht kochen wollen, liegt ein Agriturismo mit guter bodenständiger Küche in unmittelbarer fussläufigen Nähe. Die Wohnung ist schön eingerichtet und mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Man findet alles an Ausstattung vor, was man benötigt, Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren sauber. Einziger Nachteil: Das kleine Zimmer in der Mitte hat leider nur ein Schiebefenster zum Nachbarzimmer, weshalb es recht hellhörig ist. Wenn einen das nicht stört ist es wirklich toll, und durch die alten Gemäuer im Sommer auch kühl. Flavia ist eine sehr aufmerksame und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin, die sich auch gerne mal zwischendurch freundlich nach uns erkundigt hat. Wenn wir nochmal an den Gardasee fahren, dann kommen wir gerne wieder hierher!

Es waren zwei sehr schöne Ferienwochen in wirklich schöner, ruhiger Lage, Tennosee in Laufnähe. Auch gerade für Mountainbiker sehr zu empfehlen, aber auch wir als 5köpfige Familie konnten uns gut erholen.
