About this property

Beautiful Villa with views and swimming pool Quijote LA

Holiday home near the mountain of Dénia with beautiful panoramic views of the city, the port and the sea. The garden consists of palm trees, cacti and other varied plants. From the covered parking, you reach the main entrance of the house through a few steps, with a living-dining room with TV and air conditioning throughout the accommodation. There are two double bedrooms with air conditioning.

The independent kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker and toaster.

The living room has an exit to the glazed and furnished terrace, from which you can enjoy the stunning sea views.

Leaving the house and going down a few steps, you will find the swimming pool, located next to a terrace and a barbecue (according to municipal ordinance, barbecue with fire cannot be used from 1 June to 15 October).

Distance to Dénia 3.5 km, to the beach 3 km, bars/restaurants 2 km and supermarkets 2.6 km. A car is needed.

Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity, heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets), wifi, sheets and towels are not included. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Die Unterkunft war sauber und ruhig gelegen . Es war alles da, was wir brauchten ( z.B. Küchenutensilien). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Beim Pool haben sich leider viele Kacheln gelöst. Der Pool sollte unbedingt repariert werden. Die Schlösser an den Türen des Hauses waren keine Sicherheits-Schlösser. Aus Sicherheitsgründen wären ein Austausch sinnvoll. Die Beleuchtung im Wohnbereich ist etwas kompliziert. Ein Schalter an der Wand für eine Deckenleuchte wäre toll.

Tal cual se anuncia. Casa para 4 PAX, con piscina y barbacoa.

La casa es tal cual se anuncia, la piscina (con luces por la noche) y la barbacoa muy bien, con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones (vital con el calor que hace). Nos la entregaron limpia, la vajilla suficiente, sin problemas, Comentar que no tiene lavavajillas pues la cocina es pequeña (como es una casa de max 4 personas, no es gran problema). Las camas muy cómodas, se duerme bien pq además es un sitio tranquilo. Va una persona a limpiar la piscina. A la entrega inicial de llaves, nos dieron una copia, necesitábamos dos, Creo que de entrada deberían tener preparadas dos. Igualmente digo que nos las dieron en dos días sin problemas. Muy amables, la verdad. La ubicación, un poco lejos de la playa, y subiendo por la montaña, con lo que si o si necesitas coche para moverte por el centro o las playas. Pero es tal cual como se anuncia.

Jolie Maison

Jolie maison avec terrasse magnifique. Maison agréable et spacieuse qui manque cependant qu'équipement intérieur. Il faudrait un vrai lave linge, une vraie cabine de douche ( la maison est équipée d'une baignoire sabot avec siège minuscule), un véritable éclairage dans le salon (lampes d'appoints en papier type IKEA déchirées). Pour l'extérieur, la terrase avec piscine et la cuisine d'extérieure sont au TOP et le réel point fort de la maison. Vue mer et sur le Montgo magnifique. Extérieur agréable à vivre. Un gros bémol sur l'entretien inexistant du jardin et l'étente à linge improvisée. Maison au calme avec parking couvert à deux pas du centre de Dénia. Agence Carlosferien accueillante, réactive, disponible et professionnelle. Beaucoups de points forts pour cette maison et quelques faiblesses à corriger pour être complètement au Top.
