Studio :- self contained apartment - own entrance & sun terrace.
There is a double L shaped sofa bed, kitchen area has oven, halogen hob, washing machine, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster & is well equipped with crockery - utensils - pots pans etc - there is a tv with extensive tv package & cable internet with wifi 100 to 600 mbps.
The property is in a quiet, exclusive urbanisation close proximity to the Apartments San Marcial which has a pool, pool bar & shop . The property is an easy 3 1/2 minute walk to local sandy beach, commercial center shops restaurants and bars .

Cleaning ??

Although the studio was spotlessly clean when I checked in, I was surprised by the fact that in two weeks I had no towel or linen change, and no cleaners in. There was a mop and bucket but no cleaning liquids. Overall I was generally happy with a very modern and we'll equipped apt, sofa bed comfy, and easy to set up and put away.

What makes this property unique

lovely area in the middle of palm trees groves - lovely easy walks & cycle routes in the area - no hills - near the beach & commercial center - lots of pubs, restaurants & entertainment nearby -- spoilt for choice ;-)
