Partially renovated apartment in Els Griells, l'Estartit. Situated in the Migjorn building with a lovely garden area, this cozy apartment is only 100 meters from the beach.



The accommodation features 2 double bedrooms, accommodating up to 4 people, a kitchen, a living-dining room with a fireplace, and a terrace for enjoying the fresh air.



Els Griells is a quiet area of l'Estartit with a family-friendly beach. It is also close to La Pletera, a recently restored marsh area, and the Gola del Ter, an incredible natural space.



Bed sheets are included in the rental price. If you wish, you can also add towels when making the reservation at a cost of €5 per person. A perfect place to enjoy a relaxing holiday near the sea and surrounded by the natural beauty of the area.

Lugar perfecto para pasar unas vacaciones tranquilas con tu perro.

- La ubicación muy buena, a 5 minutos caminando de la playa, y en un entorno muy silencioso. - La posibilidad de llevar perro, que para nosotros era imprescindible, aunque con un suplemento (9€/día). Pero localización perfecta para ir a la playa con tu perro, ya que el apartamento está al lado de la playa canina. - Ducha a la entrada del edificio para quitarte la arena. - Terraza con orientación sur, muy agradable y con toldo. - Menaje de cocina bastante completo, aunque echamos en falta un cuchillo de cocina decente. - Máquina nespresso. - Lo que no es igual a las fotos, la cocina está parcialmente renovada (fregadero y fogones nuevos) y el A/C del salón es nuevo, así que cambios para mejor. - Las camas incómodas. La cama de matrimonio de la habitación principal son realmente dos colchones individuales sobre dos estructuras separadas. Los colchones eran incómodos y las estructuras hacían ruido al más mínimo movimiento. Tras la primera noche nos fuimos a la otra habitación. Eran colchones baratos de espuma, pero al menos no hacían ruido. Recomendaría encarecidamente renovar las camas. - Poner un cuchillo de cocina decente. El resto del menaje muy completo.

Buenas tardes, agradecemos de nuevo sus comentarios y como consecuencia se han cambiado todos los colchones del alojamiento esperando que en su próxima estancia puedan estar más cómodos.
