Apartment in the heart of the historic San Zeno district of Verona. Located in a family-owned building dating back several centuries ago, located on the second floor and composed of a large double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds, bathrooms with shower, equipped kitchen, mezzanine with sofa bed and an LCD TV from 43 ". Equipped with air conditioning, wi-fi, underfloor heating, water softener. It can host up to 6 people. Ideal for those who want to find an elegant environment characterized by fine finishes with comfortable and intimate spaces. The renovation, completed in March 2019, gives the apartment a touch of class and uniqueness. Upon your arrival, you will be welcomed by a member of our family to deliver the house keys and give you the first indications for a pleasant stay. Please indicate your approximate arrival time. The neighborhood combines history and modernity, making it attractive to all ages. Next to our house is Piazza S. Zeno, often the place of events such as: the Piazze dei Sapori, the Veronese Carnival, Vinitaly and the city, Verona Antiquaria (every first Sunday of the month), children's New Year's Eve and the Christmas Markets. In front of the apartment you will find various services such as the bus stop, parking (for a fee), Verona bike sharing service, the CitySightseeing panoramic bus and taxis. A few steps away there are breakfast bars, snacks and aperitifs, Conad supermarket, numerous taverns and typical clubs, pizzerias, food, ice cream parlors, pharmacy, bank and more. For sports lovers, the park of the walls is located a short distance away on the Magistral walls of the ramparts of Verona, where the health path and the F.I.N. pools are located. The Arena di Verona can be reached on foot in 15 minutes walking along the panoramic walk on the Rigaste of Castelvecchio di Verona on the side of the Adige river. Near the Porta Nuova railway station you can take the bus that takes you to Lake Garda and the Gardaland amusement park.

Wonderful Stay

We were extremely pleased with the accommodation and San Zeni is a fantastic spot. A short walk to the centro storico but away from the tourist masness and surrounded by eateries. Monica and Davude were perfect hosts, always available and helpful. I would recommend it. Stayed the month of June 2024 from Australia

Cozy apartment and good location

Very clean and cozy apartment to stay with family. Enough space and ecerything you need is there. Location is a good, a lot of restaurants and baars, Old Town is not far for a walk and of course, owner was very friendly and kind and he helped us a lot, to print out our tickets for a flight and he ordered taxi and gived so many tips, where to go and how. It was very good time for us!

Fabulous hosts

This is a great apartment, great location, if there’s only one downside it would be there’s no lift and you have to go up two flights of stairs. The host is gracious and helps get the luggage up so you really only have to worry about it coming down, so It’s a minor inconvenience, certainly not a deal killer. I ended up getting sick the day before we arrived, my nephew mentioned it to the hosts so they brought over medicine for me to help me feel better. How kind is that? It’s a beautiful apartment, recently renovated, and they did a wonderful job. The bathroom is great, very contemporary. I definitely would stay here again. Fell in love with Verona. It’s a lovely city, and the food is fabulous. Found some great restaurants and the prices were definitely cheaper than Rome, Venice, or Florence. Plus, how can you not love a city? That’s completely devoted to love? Definitely a city to stop in, and I highly recommend this apartment.

Eine wunderschöne Woche in Verona

Wir wurden herzlichen empfangen von Monika und Davide.Wir haben eine neu renovierte, schöne Wohnung über 2 Etagen vorgefunden.Und gaben uns dort sofort wohlgefühlt.Auch die Nähe zur Altstadt war ein klarer Vorteil. Kurzer Weg zur Etsch, nochmal keine 400m rechts und schon war man im Mittelpunkt der Altstadt: Piazza Bra, Arena.Wir kommen bestimmt noch einmal wieder!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié l'accueil, la gentllesse et la disponibilité des hôtes. La ville de Vérone nous a beaucoup plu, de plus c'est un bon point de départ pour aller à Padoue Venise et au lac de Garde. L'appartement est très confortable et est conforme à l'annonce. Le quartier San Zeno est très calme et proche du centre. Un seul regret: les informations sur les bus pour se rendre dans le quartier ne sont pas disponibles . Peut-être les hôtes pourraient-ils les fournir..

für alle die gerne mittendrin sind

eine sehr stilvolle wohnung ca 20 min zum stadtkern , immer an der stadtmauer entlang . umgebung sehr turbulent mit vielen schönen restaurants .( lasst euch von monika einige ratschläge geben ). nachts ist es sehr ruhig , auch wenn die schlafzimmer zur strasse gehen . ein kostenloser parkplatz ist auch in der nähe . es gibt ein Lidl ( ca 10 min ) zum einkaufen auch für sonntags . ansonsten kann ich die konzerte in der arena empfehlen ! Sprizz Aperol in jedem restaurant ( es gibt überall chips dazu und man kann seinen tagesbedarf an kalorien bei 3 stück damit decken .

Great appartment in lovely neighbourhood

We had a great time in Verona. The appartment is spacious and tidy. We felt welcome thanks to the personal contact and hospitality of Davide. The neighbourhood is very nice and cosy, with a lot of trees and trattoria and the beautiful church of San Zeno. We walked from here to the centre and other quarters of Verona. San Zeno has become to feel a bit like home!

Fijn verblijf, niets op aan te merken

We verbleven met een groep van 5 in het appartement in San Zeno. We werden meteen goed ontvangen en kregen alle nodige informatie over de omgeving. De eigenaar was ook steeds bereikbaar indien we iets nodig hadden. Het appartement zelf was ook super mooi in orde. Het was er super netjes en ruim. Al het nodige was aanwezig, zelfs aan de kleinste details werd gedacht. Het appartement ligt in een gezellige buurt met veel cafés en restaurants, en op 20min wandelen ben je midden in het centrum van Verona. Wij hebben heel erg genoten van dit verblijf. Een echte aanrader!

Our holiday in San Zeno, Verona at family Zambione

Thank you, Mr. Zambione, for this wonderfull two days in Verona Rosso San Zeno. Our rooms were very nice and clean, also the kitchen and bathrooms. We had no problem to reach the center and shops of verona by foot and also no problem to park our car. We will come back next year and book one of your three appartments in San Zeno. We were lucky, that the appartment is so nearby to the square and church San Zeno with its famous bronze portal. We enjoied the nice and good trattorias at the square, only 10 meters distant to the apparment. The direct and friendly contact to you and your helpful tips was a good experience to us. There was not any problem and we definitely will come back soon :). But our experience with fewodirekt.de was really unpleasent. We had some more bookings at fewodirekt in italy and it did not work. Better to use another platform!
