Extraordinary custom built Waterfront home. Enjoy the sunsets from the two level covered porches or from your private dock! With 4 bedrooms and 4 baths, beautiful interior with chef’s kitchen, large dining and living areas. Plenty of parking, large back yard. Great location, just a short walk to historic downtown and the famous firemen’s carnival! 2 Bikes and 2 Kayaks are available for Guest use. New floating dock and all new flooring upstairs for 2026!

Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid.  If less then 30 days: the advanced rent is only refundable subject to the following: The property is re-rented for the same period. Re-rental of less than a full week will be refunded on a pro-rated basis. The Agent will retain a $39.00 processing charge and any convenience fees charged. *Deposits are not refunded for ANY reason (including bad weather).This house is protected by an outside surveillance system

Relaxing, perfect weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of four adults stayed at Seas the Day for a three day weekend in early September. The home was modern, clean, and inviting with multiple spaces to hang out as a family or get some rest and privacy. We enjoyed having coffee while looking at the water on the front porch in the mornings and hanging out on the back deck in the evenings. A great stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was ideally located in walking distance from the town, and a 12-minute drive to the beach. It was very clean and had all the amenities we needed- from our drives around the island, it's clearly one of the most updated properties. Note that the kayaks are one-person and a bit tricky to get into the water at low tide, but very fun! We enjoyed the puzzles and games and a TV in every room meant our 2-family group always had space to spread out despite the bad weather during our week on the island.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Although it appeared that the rental had not been completely serviced upon our arrival, management provided linens and a new coffee maker upon request. Additionally, we were fortunate to meet the owner who gave us a tour of the adjacent property as well. He answered detailed questions about our unit to the satisfaction of the contractors in our party and was generally charming and hospitable. The pier really made the stay for both the fishermen and non. Sunsets were gorgeous. The firepit was stocked with wood. The kitchen lacked measuring cups and spoons only. Far enough away from the traffic of "downtown" and close enough for a brisk walk. Chatties and J&B were the only meals off site. We will request this rental again next year for a longer period of time. Fall is definitely the best.

It is easy to keep clean, it is big enough for extended family, four bathrooms, and the bedrooms are perfect for a vacation home. We tried to rent again next year without success. Finally, the location is perfect if you want downtown attractions and the fair grounds. It is a drive to the beach.

The kitchen allowed us to cook our meals together and the decks were amazing for sharing time together. We loved the pier and watched many sunsets. Such beautiful views to see. We appreciated the notes that were available like managing the hot tub, trash, etc... Everything was described well for us so we never needed to ask questions. The location was close to shopping and dining, but removed from congestion. This made moving around the island very easy for most things. Loved staying here and have already requested the location for next year!

PERFECT!!!

You will never be sorry staying here. This home has everything that you need for a vacation and more. Comfort inside and outside!! We sure miss the long walks on the dock every night especially the unbelievable sunsets. Hope to come back soon.
