Spend the morning strolling the beautiful sands at West Strand Beach, pausing to watch the highly skilled surfers...
Stop for a speciality coffee at 55 Degrees North (their Blueberry Muffins are amazing) and perhaps sample some of the famous local Morelli’s Ice-Cream on your stroll back to Rockhaven ... before planning which of the many wonderful sights to see and exciting tours to experience during your visit!
Where style meets luxury - Rockhaven is truly a hidden gem.
Every possible extra to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing has been thoughtfully and carefully planned.
From complimentary use of hairdryer and of beach towels (less for you to pack) to a Cool Box including Icepacks - for a picnic at the beach.
Our recently purchased “showhouse” has 5 x bedrooms/3 bathrooms.
(Please note Rockhaven is being let as 3 bedroom/3 bathroom only - the additional 2 (locked) bedrooms can be made available at extra cost and subject to make-up/ size of party.

We have a small back garden/patio with Patio Table & Chairs perfect for early morning coffee or Al Fresco dining, or enjoying the sunshine.
If the weather isn’t kind - there’s plenty of books to choose from or traditional family boardgames to entertain. Plus free WIFI and numerous channels on our Smart TV - bring your Amazon Firestick or log into your own Netflix account.
There’s also a handy bicycle store on-site if you would like to bring your own bicycle or you can hire them locally.
One car-parking space is available to you, free of charge.
We offer weekly lets with Saturday arrivals during High Season but we will try to accommodate your requirements subject to availability - please just enquire?
Less than 15-20 mins walk (under a mile) to Royal Portrush Golf Club - host of the 2019 Open.

Great spot to stay in Portrush. Convenient location near Dhu Varren train station. Check in was easy and Eimear was so easy and pleasant to interact with. We were running late and she was very flexible and accommodating. The townhouse is comfortable, clean and well appointed. It was a very pleasant stay indeed.

Perfect location to discover Giants Causeway.

Fantastic house in a great location. Just the perfect place to discover the beautiful Northern Irish coastal area. This house had everything we needed and cannot be faulted. I would highly recommend.

Family Holiday - Great place, food & golf!

6 of us stayed comfortably at this newly built property in Portrush. It is a spacious property in a gated community. The property manager is very welcoming and attentive. We enjoyed staying in the property. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the broadwalk and about a 15 minute walk to shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed walking around Portrush and nearby Portstewart. We were very impressed with the restaurants in the area and thoroughly enjoyed the ones we dined at! Ramores was a hit with its 5 restaurants and we went there 3 times! We also enjoyed Tides, The Anchor Bistro and Amici’s. Book the restaurants in advance if they accept bookings or you may struggle to get a table, but some don’t accept bookings. My Dad, son and I played the main courses at Royal Portrush Golf Club and at Portstewart Golf Club. They were fantastic!

Had a great time at ‘Rockhaven’!

‘Rockhaven’ is well situated in a small gated community making it a safe place especially for smaller children. It is well positioned between Portrush ( easy walking distance) and Portstewart (nice costal walk, about 45 min). The train station ‘Dhu Varren’ is close by and offers connections to Coleraine and beyond (can’t hear it from the house). The house is well furnished and clean with three bedrooms and bathrooms over three levels. Bed linen and towels are provided, even beach towels. The kitchen is well stocked as we missed nothing having prepared several meals including dinners and fry-ups. Eimear kindly left some groceries to help us make a start after our journey. Is was a pleasure to communicate with Eimear throughout. She responded almost immediately to messages sent via email. As the weather was not very warm, we used the booster to increase the room temperature at times. Eimear noticed it and kindly raised the room temperature remotely which was fine after that. We brought our Kindle Fire Stick which worked fine. With ‘Rockhaven’ as a base we were able to visit quite a few attractions around Northern Ireland including Port Stewart Strand (our favourite, you can drive your car onto the beach, clear water and stunning views), The Gobbins (a bit strenuous at the end but well worth it), Giant’s Causeway, Belfast including the Titanic Museum and Kelly’s Bar, Londonderry’s city wall only to name a few. We had a great time at ‘Rockhaven’. Thank you, Eimear!

Perfect Pad in Portrush

What a wonderful home from home. Great location within walking distance of Portrush town, beaches, shops and supermarkets. Lovely little garden out the back for our toddler to enjoy (and play with holidaying neighbours). House itself was just beautiful and had everything we needed (& more) to have a very relaxing and enjoyable staycation. Eimear was a fab host and made sure everything was perfect.

Lovely home in a great location

Our stay at The Rocks was fantastic. Eimear was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for our two-week stay. The house centres around the large kitchen which is well stocked with all the pots and pans you will need. The hospitality of Portrush is a 15-20 minute walk away and we found it to be a great stay for our extensive tour of Northern Ireland and County Donegal.

Short Trip

The booking process was first class and communication with the owner all that was required. On arrival the owner met us and gave us a brief tour of property. The house was all that we expected and spotlessly clean. The location was good only a 15min walk into Portrush Harbour along the Esplanade. Golf Course was 5min in car. Portstewart was 5mins in car along the coast road. At check out the owner again met with us and this was a nice touch and we were able to convey our thanks. A wonderful trip had by all.

May Day Weekend

We stayed in this property over the May Day bank holiday weekend. The property was spotless and had everything we needed. The location was excellent and we enjoyed the short walk each evening to the West Strand where the sun set was amazing!. Our kids loved the house and met a few friends in the complex which made their weekend too. Overall an excellent stay and we hope to be back in the near future. Thanks again Jonny and Deborah

Home from home but with a beach on your doorstep

A beautifully presented property with a wonderful Property owner. This lovely large home was situated in a private gated community close to all the amenities and wonderful beaches both on the West and East strand. Well maintained and spacious we had a wonderful stay.
