EXCEPT between 17.00 and 19.30 as this is our private family time in the pool.
The Family pool is fenced off for obligatory safety reasons and has an alarm system for when not being used , for child safety.

We have 4 lovely cats, that wander around the garden and 2 dogs (a springer spaniel and a shih tzu), that do not have access to the studio area.

Why they chose this property
We bought this house at the beginning of 2019, and fell instantly in love with it. I work in Valbonne Village and my daughter goes to school also in Valbonne, so ideal position for us. We live all year round in the house and decided to rent out the Pool House, as it's totally independent from our home.
