Harborside rooms are very much in need of an update.

David was easy to work with and my understanding is that the unit I received was not "his" unit, as they are randomly assigned. The timeshare company needs to reinvest money in the interior of the units. The outside appears nice but the inside is not. Carpets were filthy. Hooks and door handles were falling off. The front door had to be slammed in order to close it completely. Disappointing.

I too am disappointed that the standards were lower than you/we would normally expect for our property, and I will follow up on this diligently with the management company of Harborside. I apologize for this not entirely meeting your expectations, we have been many times ourselves, and the unit is normally of a high standard.

Great location for families

I can’t say enough good things about Harborside and their staff, especially Veronica at the front desk. If you’re traveling with a family, this is the ideal location. Our family consists of myself, my wife, and our two kids ages 14 and 10. The Harborside provides all the comforts of home, including a kitchen and washer/dryer. Booking with David was the best decision I could’ve made. His price is significantly lower as compared with booking directly through Atlantis, and his responsiveness to my MANY questions (sorry David lol) was always prompt. This year was our second year in a row booking with David. We absolutely loved the daily complementary access to the Water Park. Getting to the water park from the Harborside is quick and easy. You can take an Atlantis shuttle, which runs between all the properties every 10-15 minutes or take the short 15 minute walk through the Marina. To sum it up, we’ll be back!
