Area good for skiing ans access to slopes . but ..No Combi Oven , only combi microwave /grill Shower / toilet room needs a wash basin ..there is space for this . Annoying to have to go to the other bathtroom to wash handsNo draining bord at the sink in the kitchen area. A lot of problem in getting undergoud car park . Telephone number for the reception deck incorrent ,had to spend a lot of time with VRBO sorting things out 45 mins !!!!. Sofa /sofa bed in poor condition . Several cups had chips in them

The property includes a combination microwave and grill, as listed, and we understand this may have limited your options. The separate toilet is intended as an added convenience alongside the full bathroom, however, we do appreciate your feedback on this and we will definitely take this into consideration for future improvements. We’re currently looking into the parking access and reception details, as this isn’t the level of service we aim to provide. Your comments on the furnishings and kitchen items have also been passed to our team for review. We truly value your input and will use it to help improve the guest experience.
