Minimum length of stay and special rates may apply during certain seasonal events.

There is an optional pool heating available for a fee, (when needed). Depending upon length of stay, utility charges may apply.

Upon acceptance of the reservation you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement directly with the management company – 365 Vacation Rentals

The Palm Springs Vacation Rental Ordinance requires the following:

All persons must be at least 25 years of age or accompanied by parent or legal guardian.
The maximum number of guests shall not exceed posted limits. This includes ALL children AND infants.
Outdoor music of any kind or excessive noise is not permitted at any time.
No more than 1 car per bedroom is allowed per home. 3 car maximum.

Failure to do so will result in fines being issued directly to the occupant of the home and you will forfeit your security deposit. Please refer to your rental agreement or ask for greater detail.

We had a great time at Melody and spent most days by the pool. The house is on the edge of the Movie Colony neighborhood, with lots of walkable, quiet streets nearby.

Plenty of room, nice pool and landscaping. Didn't use the hot tub. Good location. Two nice chaise lounges plus 4 more decent ones. Bed a bit soft for our taste, but that's subjective. Only two issues. There is construction next door, not too bad, but be aware. A bit of road noise as well. Could use one more umbrella as there is little shade poolside. The one negative was that we encountered several cockroaches. It's obvious that it is an ongoing problem as there are plug in electronic repellers throughout, which are in reality, useless. Despite this, we did enjoy our stay.

From the beginning, Jerry was very helpful and friendly. He answered all questions and promptly responded to our questions or concerns.The house is cozy and well-equipped for a lengthy stay.One great feature of this rental is that there is not a daily fee to heat the pool or hot tub. Rather,the actual utility charge is apportioned for the rental period. This is very fair, so that the end user pays the expense instead of an arbitrary charge.

Staycation - pool spa and garden are amazing. House is up to date and comfortable inside. Many food delivery options and close to supermarkets. Was too hot to go to the dessert this time - 117 most days! One small downside is for us was inadequate window shades. So sunny we woke at 5 most days due to sun coming in!

Great .....but

First time with VRBO and a bit confusing with the paperwork but, it got resolved. The property is convenient to downtown Palm Springs but, in an older neighborhood. The house is a bit tired but, they have nicely updated the bathrooms to bright and contemporary. We had everything we needed for cooking and they even provided a cooler for our trip to Joshua Tree. Exterior maintenance is needed and 2 of the sliding glass doors were inoperable. The furniture was somewhat stained in the living room but, we didn't use it. For what we needed, it worked perfectly and for that we give Palm Springs Melody 4 stars.

Spacious and Available Property Manager

This was a very nice house - photos do not exaggerate, most rooms are very spacious. Pool and hot tub were kept very clean. Pool crew came by twice a week. Property manager, Frank, was very available by text and responded within a few minutes of contact with any Qs or concerns. Kitchen was stocked with a few convenient basics and everything was clean and in working order. Just a few small things that could be problematic for larger groups or those who have an extended stay (we had both). The main bathroom door locks, but doesn't actually latch, so there is a walking-in-on-others problem. In addition, the washing machine smells strongly of mold and ruined some of my white clothes with gray shadow stains when they came out. I hope owners can improve those two things, becuase that would make this an absolutely perfect rental. We are definitely satisfied with our stay and it was a great place for our family to get together.

Our stay was great. Everything about property was as advertised. One issue is hot tub did not work. Once host was made aware he made every effort to fix. He came out, arranged pool repair person to come out. Part had to be ordered. Without asking host credited the pool heating fee. Just went above and beyond. Really excellent customer service. Beautiful home, well stocked Kitchen, great location. Would definitely book again and would recommend to anyone

This was a great property for our stay. We had two small kids and three adults and the size of the property was perfect. The pool and back yard were great. The location worked really well, close to grocery stores and restaurants. It was easy to get downtown and find playgrounds in the city. I would totally recommend this property and would stay here again.

Spring Break

Swim among palm trees and sunshine until the stars begin to twinkle in the early evening. Stay cool in the shade with an endless supply of ice cream and popsicles from the grocery store only a block away. A quiet and peaceful oasis minutes away from many Palm Springs tourists attractions.
